基于嵌入式技术的物流跟踪及车辆检测系统设计

【摘要】:随着物流行业的迅速发展和物流运输量的不断提高,一些问题也随之而来如物流响应速度慢、货物在途中丢失严重、物流车辆尤其是装载危险货物的车辆出现事故频繁等。由于不能及时的对货物进行跟踪、对车辆进行检测定位,因此就不能及时的解决这些问题,这就会给人们带来严重经济或人身安全威胁。本文研究了一种基于嵌入式技术的物流跟踪及车辆检测系统。系统由物流公司的数据中心、车辆上的车载平台和客户端三部分组成。车载平台应用嵌入式技术,通过MPU-6050模块采集车辆的姿态信息并运用卡尔曼滤波算法得到可用的角度值;通过SIM908模块采集车辆的位置信息,通过GPRS数据传输方式实现车载平台与数据中心之间的数据传输。数据中心不仅能够实现对车辆信息和所载货物信息的查询功能,还融合了百度地图API和OpenGI技术,分别实现了与车载平台的信息交互,显示车辆的地图位置和三维姿态信息。客户端通过INTERNET网络实现与数据中心的数据读写功能,查询客户所托货物的运输信息。通过对系统主要功能的研究与测试,实现了对货物信息在车载平台上的记录,通过对车辆定位功能的实现间接对货物的位置进行确认。并且在数据中心接收到车辆故障或倾斜时发出的呼救信号和车辆姿态信息,并以三维模拟图像的方式显示。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of logistics industry and the continuous improvement of logistics traffic, some problems such as slow logistics response speed, serious loss of goods in the way, frequent accidents of logistics vehicles, especially those loaded with dangerous goods, etc. Because the goods can not be tracked in time, the vehicle can not be detected and located, so it can not solve these problems in time, which will bring serious economic or personal security threats to people. This paper studies a logistics tracking and vehicle detection system based on embedded technology. The system consists of three parts: the data center of logistics company, the vehicle-mounted platform and the client. Based on embedded technology, the vehicle attitude information is collected by MPU-6050 module and the available angle value is obtained by using Kalman filter algorithm, and the position information of vehicle is collected by SIM908 module. Data transmission between vehicle platform and data center is realized by GPRS data transmission mode. The data center can not only query the vehicle information and cargo information, but also integrate the Baidu map API and OpenGI technology to realize the information interaction with the on-board platform and display the map position and 3D attitude information of the vehicle. The client can read and write the data from the data center through Internet, and inquire the transportation information of the goods entrusted by the client. Through the research and test of the main functions of the system, the record of the cargo information on the on-board platform is realized, and the location of the cargo is indirectly confirmed by the realization of the vehicle positioning function. At the same time, the distress signal and vehicle attitude information are received in the data center when the vehicle is out of order or tilted, and displayed in the form of 3D analog image.
