基于RFID的天津港集装箱仓储系统设计与实现

【摘要】:我国在物流方面的发展,只有十几年的历史。由于时间短,经验不足,技术水平不高,尚处于初期发展阶段。随着我国经济的崛起和物流业的迅猛发展,各个行业中都对其物流的发展越来越重视,集装箱仓储业也不例外,该产业的发展也越来越受到厂商与社会的广泛关注。为了满足天津港集装箱仓储运输工作的实际需求,在本文中对集装箱仓储运输系统的研究过程进行了详细的描述。在对天津港集装箱仓储运输系统进行研究的过程中,完全遵循软件工程的流程。首先对系统的研究背景进行论述,并结合系统的研究背景,对其整体的需求进行分析,在分析过程中分别研究了系统的角色、可行性以及业务流程。在完成分析工作之后,对系统的总体框架以及各个功能模块进行设计,最终实现系统的研究。在以上工作都完成之后,则对系统的测试过程进行讨论,并通过对测试结果的分析,来保证系统的质量。系统在研究过程中应用JAVA开发语言对功能进行完善,并通过JSP技术对页面进行设计,系统整体采用S2SH架构,并选择ORACLE数据库对系统中的数据进行管理。在出入库管理功能的研究过程中,充分的结合了RFID技术,实现了出入库工作的高效性和准确性。在功能上分别实现了出入库管理功能、理货管理功能、拣货管理功能和流动加工管理功能,该系统具有功能完善、性能较高的优势。通过对天津港集装箱运输系统的研究,充分实现了港区仓储运输的信息化、管理的智能化,能够有效促进港口信息化发展,提高天津港集装箱运输的效率。
[Abstract]:China's logistics development, only a decade of history. Because time is short, experience is insufficient, technical level is not high, still be in initial stage of development. With the rise of China's economy and the rapid development of logistics industry, more and more attention has been paid to the development of logistics in various industries, and container warehousing industry is no exception. The development of this industry has been paid more and more attention to by manufacturers and society. In order to meet the actual demand of Tianjin Port container storage transportation, the research process of container storage transportation system is described in detail in this paper. During the research of Tianjin Port Container Storage and Transportation system, the software engineering process is followed. Firstly, the research background of the system is discussed, and the whole demand of the system is analyzed. The role, feasibility and business process of the system are studied in the process of analysis. After completing the analysis work, the overall framework of the system and each functional module are designed, and finally the system research is realized. After all the above work is done, the test process of the system is discussed, and the quality of the system is ensured by analyzing the test results. In the course of the research, the system uses Java development language to perfect the function, and designs the page through JSP technology. The whole system adopts S2SH structure, and chooses Oracle database to manage the data in the system. In the research process of the function of inputting and storing management, the RFID technology is fully combined to realize the high efficiency and accuracy of the inputting and storing work. The system has the advantages of perfect function and high performance. Through the study of container transportation system in Tianjin Port, the informationization and intelligent management of storage and transportation in port area can promote the development of port information and improve the efficiency of container transportation in Tianjin Port.
