非标准货物单元系固自动评判系统研发

【摘要】:随着世界经济与科学的不断进步,国际贸易不断加强,海上运输得到了前所未有的发展。众多的船型和重大件货物不断涌现,系固问题日益突出,使得人们对于新的理论以及技术的需要也逐渐提升,把这些大型的货物装载到船上安全的位置后,如何制定合理的系固方案并评估该系固方案的有效性,是一个值得研究的重要问题。本文针对海上货物运输中非标准货物系固核算问题以及如何培训和提高相关从业人员的能力,在分析行业需求的基础上,利用C#编程语言和SQL Server 2008数据库技术,根据系固索具搭配原则和实船系固操作要求,在深入研究船运货物受力模型和约束力计算模型的基础上,提出了非标准货物单元系固自动评判系统总体设计方案,实现了相关功能,主要包括船舶与货物信息输入功能、柔性系固方案设计功能、核算功能、评判功能以及评判结果输出功能。系统采用单机版设计模式,安装及使用便捷。既可根据实船及货物信息制定合适的系固方案,并利用三维空间坐标自动计算、显示系索的系固角度;又能实现系固方案的自动评判,并输出详细的评判过程和结果。该系统真正实现了非标准货物单元系固核算的自动化,既适用于常规散杂货船装运非标准货物单元柔性系固,又可作为培训机构的学员使用,为船员、物流及港口等相关从业人员、在校航海类学生学习提供了便利,提高了相关人员的理论及实践操作能力,对非标准货物单元海上安全运输具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy and science, the international trade has been strengthened. A large number of ship types and major cargo have been emerging, and the problem of fastening has become increasingly prominent. The need for new theories and technologies has also been raised gradually, and these large cargo have been loaded into a safe position on board the ship. How to make a reasonable fastening scheme and evaluate its effectiveness is an important problem worth studying. In this paper, aiming at the problem of non-standard cargo accounting and how to train and improve the ability of related practitioners in the carriage of goods by sea, based on the analysis of the needs of the industry, this paper makes use of C # programming language and SQL Server 2008 database technology. According to the principle of fastening rigging arrangement and the requirement of solid operation of real ship, based on the deep study of the mechanical model and the binding force model of the ship's cargo, the overall design scheme of the automatic evaluation system for the fastening of the non-standard cargo unit is put forward. The related functions are realized, including the input function of ship and cargo information, the design function of flexible fastening scheme, the function of accounting, the function of judging and the function of outputting the evaluation result. The system adopts single-machine design mode, easy to install and use. According to the information of real ship and cargo, we can make suitable fastening scheme, and use 3D coordinate to automatically calculate the angle of fastening, and can realize the automatic evaluation of fastening scheme, and output the detailed evaluation process and result. The system has realized the automation of fastening accounting of non-standard cargo units, which is applicable to the flexible fastening of non-standard cargo units of conventional bulk cargo vessels, and can also be used as trainees of training institutions for the crew. Logistics, port and other related practitioners, marine students in school provide convenience to study, improve the relevant personnel's theoretical and practical operation ability, which is of great significance to the non-standard cargo unit maritime safety transportation.
