物流项目投标风险分析

【摘要】：当前,我国关于物流投标决策风险管理理论方面的研究还比较滞后,很多企业存在着缺乏物流管理人才、物流决策风险管理意识不强、物流投标决策往往处于被动的局面,以及缺少资金、风险管理技术等问题。同时,一些企业还存在着缺乏物流投标决策风险策略,没有积极的投标风险管理机制等问题,导致无法有效地防范重大物流项目投标风险。因而难以控制风险和把握事后的转危为机的最佳时机,基于上述问题,文章研究了物流项目投标风险的相关内容。首先对物流投标风险的相关基本理论进行阐述,并依据风险及风险管理的理论,对物流投标中可能发生的风险做了分析,并对其具体成因和组成要素以及物流投标对策、物流投标分析方法进行论述,最后对物流投标风险管理体系采用数学的方法进行案例分析,
[Abstract]:At present, the research on risk management theory of logistics bidding decision in our country is still lagging behind, many enterprises lack logistics management talents, logistics decision-making risk management awareness is not strong, logistics bidding decision is often in a passive situation. And lack of funds, risk management techniques and other issues. At the same time, some enterprises still have some problems, such as the lack of logistics bidding decision-making risk strategy and the lack of active bidding risk management mechanism, which can not effectively prevent the bidding risk of major logistics projects. Therefore, it is difficult to control the risk and grasp the best opportunity to turn it into an opportunity after the event. Based on the above problems, this paper studies the relevant contents of the bidding risk of logistics project. First of all, the basic theory of logistics bidding risk is expounded, and based on the risk and risk management theory, the possible risks in logistics bidding are analyzed, and the specific causes and components of the risk and logistics bidding countermeasures are analyzed. The logistics bidding analysis method is discussed. Finally, the case study of logistics bidding risk management system is carried out with mathematical method.
