汽车零部件供应物流系统及其标准化效率研究

【摘要】:物流在我国起步较晚,虽然最近几年物流行业得到政府及各行各业的重视,发展比较迅速,但是大多数物流企业还是处在一个发展初期阶段,存在各种各样的问题。与国外相比,无论是从资金规模、人员管理还是信息系统维护,我们都存在着很大的差距。要想缩短这种差距,就得从物流标准化做起。物流标准可以促使物流行业朝着健康有序的方向发展,是现代化物流发展的基础。尤其对于汽车零部件这种复杂的物流系统而言,标准化是一种有效降低物流成本、提高物流效率的手段。本文首先从汽车零部件物流发展现状谈起,对汽车零部件供应物流系统存在的问题进行总结分析,提出标准化的重要性。其次对物流系统结构进行研究,基于物流系统的体系结构总结出汽车零部件供应物流的标准体系,并研究推动物流标准化普及实施的方法,提出物流标准化效率的概念。对于汽车零部件供应物流的标准化效率研究,引入了基于DEA的Malmquist指数方法。在对标准化效率进行研究时,第一步确定效率评价模型,根据汽车零部件供应物流的特点确定评价指标(投入指标和产出指标);为了验证模型的可行,第二步进行案例分析,根据公司实际情况选择决策单元和评价指标,并对数据进行收集和处理,然后对效率模型进行验证,得出评价结果。本文的最后是对评价结果进行分析,研究汽车零部件供应物流系统标准化带来的效果。主要目的是帮助企业认识到标准化在降本增效上面所起到的重要作用,引起汽车物流行业对标准化的重视,从而推动整个行业实现总体标准化。本论文在国家自然科学基金项目(71271035)资助下完成。
[Abstract]:Logistics started late in China. Although the logistics industry has been attached importance to by the government and various industries in recent years, most logistics enterprises are still in an initial stage of development, there are a variety of problems. Compared with foreign countries, there is a big gap in capital scale, personnel management and information system maintenance. Want to shorten this kind of gap, must start from logistics standardization. Logistics standard can promote the development of logistics industry in a healthy and orderly direction, and it is the foundation of modern logistics development. Especially for the complex logistics system of automobile parts, standardization is an effective means to reduce logistics cost and improve logistics efficiency. This paper begins with the current situation of automobile parts logistics, summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in automobile parts supply logistics system, and points out the importance of standardization. Secondly, the structure of logistics system is studied. Based on the system structure of logistics system, the standard system of automobile parts supply logistics is summarized, and the method to promote the popularization and implementation of logistics standardization is studied, and the concept of efficiency of logistics standardization is put forward. To study the standardization efficiency of automobile parts supply logistics, the Malmquist index method based on DEA is introduced. In the study of standardization efficiency, the first step is to determine the efficiency evaluation model, according to the characteristics of automobile parts supply logistics to determine the evaluation index (input index and output index); in order to verify the feasibility of the model, the second step of the case study, According to the actual situation of the company, the decision making unit and evaluation index are selected, and the data are collected and processed, then the efficiency model is verified and the evaluation results are obtained. At the end of this paper, the evaluation results are analyzed, and the effect of standardization of automobile parts supply logistics system is studied. The main purpose of this paper is to help enterprises realize the important role of standardization in reducing cost and increasing efficiency, and to arouse the importance of standardization in automobile logistics industry, thus promoting the overall standardization of the whole industry.
