物流企业新生代快递员工的薪酬激励研究

【摘要】:与计划经济时代不同,在市场经济时代,员工对企业最直观的感受是其所获得的报酬。与70后员工不同,物流企业新生代快递员工对于薪酬的激励需求更为多样化。文章在对物流企业快递人员薪酬体系现状和问题进行总结的基础上,深入剖析现有薪酬体系激励效果不足的原因,提出相应的解决对策,认为设计全面报酬体系、多栖发展通路对于物流企业快递人员的激励效果更为明显。
[Abstract]:Different from the planned economy era, in the market economy era, the most intuitive feeling of the employees is the remuneration they get. Different from post-70 employees, the new generation of express delivery employees in logistics enterprises have more diversified incentive demand for compensation. On the basis of summing up the present situation and problems of the remuneration system of express delivery personnel in logistics enterprises, the paper deeply analyzes the reasons for the lack of incentive effect of the existing compensation system, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, and thinks that the overall compensation system should be designed. Multi-perch development path for logistics enterprises express delivery staff incentive effect is more obvious.
