城乡双向商贸流通环境下连锁经营网络体系构建探讨

【摘要】：连锁经营是一种现代化的组织形式和经营方式,在这种经营模式下,同业商店的店名、标志、经营方式、管理手段都是统一的,并且共同进货,分散营销。城乡双向商贸流通能将城乡有效连接起来,在统筹城乡发展过程中发挥着重要媒介作用,在这种环境下,发展连锁经营是一种必然趋势。本文首先分析了连锁经营的主要特点及其发展可行性,然后阐述连锁经营模式的选择,最后提出连锁经营网络体系的构建对策。
[Abstract]:Chain operation is a modern form of organization and management. Under this mode of operation, the store name, logo, management method and management means of the same trade store are unified, and the joint stock is purchased and distributed marketing. Urban and rural two-way trade circulation can effectively connect urban and rural areas, play an important role in the process of urban and rural development, in this environment, the development of chain management is an inevitable trend. This paper first analyzes the main characteristics of chain operation and its feasibility of development, then expounds the choice of chain management mode, and finally puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of chain operation network system.
