基于物流均衡的区域物流体系比较研究

【摘要】:近些年来随着国内经济水平的不断提高,,我国充分认识到了物流在转变经济发展方式,拉动国民经济增长等方面的巨大作用,但是很多地区在物流发展方面过于注重速度而对均衡发展问题缺乏理性和务实的认识,一些地区甚至出现了盲目投资和过度投资的现象,不仅影响了物流市场的有序发展,还造成了区域资源和资金的大量浪费,为此,准确了解本区域物流均衡运行的情况就成为了亟待解决的问题。基于此,本文试图从物流均衡的角度出发,对不同区域的物流体系进行比较。 本文综合运用理论与实际研究法、定性分析与定量分析相结合等方法,按照由理论到实践的逻辑思路,对区域物流体系的均衡运行情况展开比较,并进行了例证分析,具体的研究内容包括:1)在对区域物流体系分析的基础上,结合均衡的相关内容,提出了物流均衡的具体含义,即物流静态均衡三维结构、物流动态均衡层次和物流均衡运行效果三方面,并阐述了均衡与物流体系的关系,分析了区域物流均衡运行机理;2)构建了区域物流体系比较模型,该模型包括区域物流体系的比较指标和比较方法两部分,在比较指标的设计上,以物流均衡为出发点,构建了区域物流比较指标体系,该体系包括3个二级指标,9个三级指标和20个三级指标的观测点;比较方法主要引入了改进后的雷达图分析法予以实现,对传统的雷达图分析法进行了两方面的改进,包括基于权重的比较指标轴的划分和对特征向量的改进;3)以东北老工业基地和南非为具体研究对象,对所构建的模型加以应用。 本文所设计的比较体系主要适用于不同国家、不同经济区域及不同物流园区之间物流体系均衡比较,一方面丰富了区域物流相关理论,另一方面为比较不同区域的物流体系运行情况提供了可参考的依据。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of domestic economic level in recent years, our country has fully realized the enormous role of logistics in transforming the mode of economic development and stimulating the growth of the national economy. However, many regions pay too much attention to the speed of logistics development and lack rational and pragmatic understanding of balanced development. In some areas, blind investment and overinvestment even appear, which not only affects the orderly development of logistics market. It also causes a large amount of waste of regional resources and funds. Therefore, it becomes an urgent problem to understand the balanced operation of regional logistics accurately. Based on this, this paper attempts to compare the logistics systems of different regions from the perspective of logistics equilibrium. In this paper, the balanced operation of the regional logistics system is compared by using the methods of theoretical and practical research, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, according to the logic thinking from theory to practice, and an example analysis is made. The specific research contents include: (1) on the basis of analyzing the regional logistics system and combining the relevant contents of the equilibrium, the paper puts forward the concrete meaning of the logistics equilibrium, that is, the three-dimensional structure of the logistics static equilibrium. Three aspects of logistics dynamic equilibrium level and logistics equilibrium operation effect are discussed, and the relationship between equilibrium and logistics system is expounded, and the mechanism of regional logistics equilibrium operation is analyzed. (2) the comparative model of regional logistics system is constructed. The model includes two parts: the comparative index and the comparative method of the regional logistics system. In the design of the comparative index, the comparative index system of regional logistics is constructed with the logistics equilibrium as the starting point. The system consists of 3 secondary indexes, 9 third-level indexes and 20 observation points of third-level indexes, the comparison method mainly introduces the improved radar map analysis method to be realized, and the traditional radar chart analysis method is improved in two aspects. It includes the division of comparative index axis based on weight and the improvement of eigenvector. (3) taking the old industrial base in Northeast China and South Africa as the specific research object, the model is applied. The comparison system designed in this paper is mainly suitable for the equilibrium comparison of logistics system between different countries, different economic regions and different logistics parks. On the one hand, it enriches the theory of regional logistics. On the other hand, it provides reference basis for comparing the operation of logistics system in different regions.
