玮腾公司货品配送管理系统设计和实现

【摘要】：论文阐述玮腾连锁销售公司的商品配送信息管理系统的开发,讨论了该系统的软件功能分析、设计和实现。开发该系统的目的是玮腾公司出于提升运营和管理效率的目标,该公司开发面向运营中心业务管理的信息系统来提升物流的准确性、及时性同时有效降低成本。论文首先从该系统的进货业务管理、货品的请配业务管理和配送管理功能等几个方面进行需求分析,为该系统的后续的设计和实现建立基础。该系统的其他类型的功能包括货品的数据盘点统计处理、盘点复核统计分析、损益业务处理、货品的移库和调整统计等信息统计类的功能。这些统计分析功能和事务处理功能相结合,构成完整的系统物流管理功能。在该系统的设计层面,包括软件的构成和主要模块的内部处理流程等任务。该软件的设计方案采用多层模式来构成系统,在客户端为面向用户的视图层,为用户显示特定事务类型的视图信息。在实现层面,该软件的基础数据库平台也是该系统运行的主要环境,通过数据库SQL程序实现数据管理。该系统采用MVC架构进行开发和部署,在服务器端采用微软公司Web服务器IIS和SQL Server 2012数据库作为主要的服务器平台,平台环境基于视窗Windows环境。实际测试与运行表明,该系统能够显著提升管理效益,同时有效降低传统管理模式中的很多成本费用,有效提升了该企业信息化管理水平。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the development of commodity distribution information management system of Weiteng chain sales Company, and discusses the software function analysis, design and implementation of the system. The purpose of developing the system is to improve the efficiency of operation and management. In order to improve the efficiency of operation and management, the company develops an information system oriented to the operation center business management to improve the accuracy of logistics, timely and effective cost reduction. Firstly, the paper analyzes the requirements of the system from the aspects of the purchase business management, the goods request business management and the distribution management function, and establishes the foundation for the subsequent design and implementation of the system. Other types of functions of the system include the statistical processing of inventory data, the statistical analysis of inventory review, the processing of profit and loss business, the transfer of goods and the adjustment of statistics, etc. These statistical analysis functions and transaction processing functions combine to form a complete system logistics management function. At the design level of the system, including the software structure and the internal processing flow of the main modules, and other tasks. The design of the software is composed of multi-layer mode, which is a user-oriented view layer on the client side, and displays the view information of a particular transaction type for the user. In the realization level, the basic database platform of the software is also the main environment for the system to run, and the data management is realized through the database SQL program. The system adopts MVC architecture to develop and deploy, and uses Microsoft Web server IIS and SQL Server 2012 database as the main server platform on the server side. The platform environment is based on Windows environment. The actual test and operation show that the system can significantly improve the efficiency of management, at the same time effectively reduce a lot of costs in the traditional management mode, and effectively improve the level of information management of the enterprise.
