汉宝药业生产物流模式优化研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern economy and society, people's living standard is improving constantly, and people's demand for health is increasing, which makes the pharmaceutical industry get unprecedented development. Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises are characterized by large quantities, small scale, duplicated products, insufficient international competitiveness, especially the low level of mechanization and backward production process of traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing enterprises compared with western medicine production. Facing the increasingly severe economic environment and the diversified market demand challenge of consumers, pharmaceutical enterprises urgently need to seek new profit growth points in the fierce market competition. As the third profit source of enterprises, logistics has been paid more and more attention. Production logistics plays an important role in logistics system. The choice of production logistics mode determines the efficiency and cost of enterprise production, and optimizes the production logistics model. It can provide material guarantee for production process, improve production operation efficiency, reduce production logistics cost, and improve the overall benefit of the enterprise. Based on lean thought and drawing value flow chart, this paper analyzes and studies the existing push production logistics model of Hanbao Pharmaceutical Industry. It is found that the process layout of the factory is unreasonable, which leads to long handling route, untimely supply of materials and poor information. Lead to excessive waiting time, organization and management, and information delivery is not timely and so on. Aiming at the malpractice in the current production logistics mode of Hanbao Pharmaceutical Industry, aiming at eliminating the waste without value, this paper proposes to establish a kind of pull production logistics model based on lean thought and to improve the material management mode. Optimize plant layout and material transfer, establish an integrated information management system, improve the organizational structure, and support the efficient operation of production logistics system. By optimizing and drawing the future map of value flow, the future optimization of production logistics mode is proposed. Both theoretical and practical aspects, not only to the enterprise itself, the entire industry has its significance and value.
