《保鲜与加工》征稿启事

【摘要】：正《保鲜与加工》创刊于2000年11月,是我国目前唯一的以采后农产品保鲜与加工为主要内容的科技期刊。主要设置了专家论坛、保鲜研究、加工研究、检测分析、专题论述、科技前沿、科普沙龙、行业资讯、技术指南、政策法规等栏目。主要服务于农业及其相关领域的科研人员、高等院校师生、农业技术推广人员等的相关科技成果的交流与传播。
[Abstract]:"Preservation and processing" was founded in November 2000. It is the only scientific and technological journal in China which mainly focuses on the preservation and processing of postharvest agricultural products. Mainly set up expert forum, fresh preservation research, processing research, testing and analysis, special discussion, science and technology frontier, popular science salon, industry information, technical guide, policies and regulations and so on. It mainly serves for the exchange and dissemination of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture and related fields, teachers and students in colleges and universities, agricultural extension personnel and so on.
