气候变化、绿色物流与台湾物流行业的应对举措

【摘要】：为应对气候变化各国(地区)和国际组织都采取积极因应的举措,各国(地区)海空运业也以航空碳税和航海税等方式逐步纳入欧盟碳排放交易体系。由于物流活动涉及到供应链的前、中和后端,气候变化对企业和社会供应链管理提出了新的挑战,绿色物流应运而生。台湾作为面临多重灾害威胁最高的地区之一,也提出低碳施政与法制配套等措施。以绿色物流带动绿色经济发展,加强两岸绿色物流合作,符合后金融危机时期我国主动转变经济发展方式,升级产业结构的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with climate change, countries (regions) and international organizations have taken active measures to deal with it, and all countries (regions) have gradually incorporated the air carbon tax and navigation tax into the European Union carbon emissions trading system. Because logistics activities involve the supply chain before and after, climate change brings new challenges to enterprise and social supply chain management, green logistics emerges as the times require. Taiwan, as one of the regions facing the highest threat of multiple disasters, has also put forward low-carbon governance and supporting measures of the legal system. Using green logistics to promote the development of green economy and strengthen the cooperation of green logistics between the two sides of the strait are in line with the requirements of changing the mode of economic development and upgrading the industrial structure of our country in the post-financial crisis.
