亚洲航空货运咨询与追踪系统的研究与分析

【摘要】:亚洲航空货运咨询与追踪系统的研究与分析系统是一种面向客户,服务客户的信息系统。是以往客户被动接受货物信息的创新,不仅能提升了公司的服务形象,同时也提高了服务效率,避免误差信息的产生。本文将从亚洲航空货运咨询与追踪系统实际功能出发,完整阐述了客户是如何能通过此系统完成一次货物运输。首先会在业务分析中,与以往传统流程进行了对比说明,同时提出了改进后的业务流程。其次是功能建模,在功能分析中,论文通过用例分析和用例描述,明确了系统的功能,给出了系统的总体功能包图和子功能包图,包括UML等子包图;在接下来的数据分析中,我们将运用数据库建模,来对系统各功能的所需要处理的数据进行了分析,给出了实体类关系图,建立了数据库表结构,更加准确和完整的来描述这一系统;最后,论文将对亚洲航空货运咨询与追踪系统的进一步总结,证明这一系统将给物流行业带来进一步的变革。 论文在此不仅强调的是一种系统上的改进,更是发出一种呼吁,希望物流行业能够不断开拓进取,不满足于现在的工作状况。铁饭碗和一家独大的时代已经过去了,我们要不断学习新的技术和知识来提高自己的服务水平,端正行业的服务态度。客户是上帝的口号光说不做,只是一种空想罢了。文章之所以把客户这一角色列入到系统中,就是贯彻了这一改革思想,客户不再是整个物流的旁观者,他们也要成为参与者。
[Abstract]:Asian Air cargo consultation and tracking system is a customer-oriented and customer-oriented information system. The innovation of passive acceptance of goods information by customers in the past can not only improve the service image of the company, but also improve the service efficiency and avoid the production of error information. Starting from the actual function of Asian Air cargo consultation and tracking system, this paper fully expounds how the customer can complete a cargo transportation through this system. First of all, the business analysis will be compared with the traditional process, and the improved business process is proposed. Secondly, function modeling. In the function analysis, the function of the system is defined by use case analysis and use case description. The overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system, including the UML sub-package diagram, are given. We will use database modeling to analyze the data needed to deal with each function of the system, give the entity class diagram, establish the database table structure to describe the system more accurately and completely. This paper will further summarize the Asian Air cargo consultation and tracking system and prove that this system will bring further changes to the logistics industry. This paper not only emphasizes the improvement of the system, but also makes an appeal, hoping that the logistics industry can continue to forge ahead and not be satisfied with the present working situation. Iron rice bowl and a dominant era has passed, we should continue to learn new technology and knowledge to improve their service level, correct the service attitude of the industry. Customer is God's slogan, just say not to do, it's just a kind of utopia. The reason why the article included the role of customer in the system is to carry out this idea of reform. Customers are no longer the onlookers of the whole logistics, they should also become participants.
