基于空间的汽车生产线布局规划设计

【摘要】:目前,制造企业生产系统的一个重要研究内容是生产线布局规划设计,科学的生产线布局规划不仅影响企业的生产效率,还与降低企业的生产成本、减少物料耗费、增加企业的生产柔性、增强企业的竞争力都有着密切的关系。因此,对生产线布局规划设计的研究不仅具有重要的理论意义还具有实际应用的价值。本文在论述了现有传统工艺规程与系统布置设计方法对车间生产线布局不足的基础上,提出了基于空间的生产线布局规划设计方法。首先,对生产布局中的生产空间进行了相关的定义与划分,将生产空间划分为车间层、ACC层、POS层,在此基础上提出了生产过程的多级空间组织方法,详述了各级空间单元间的组织关系。其次,依据对生产空间的多级划分,以车间层、ACC层、POS层、JOB层为基础,通过分析产品在各层空间单元的制造过程,以及不同层次流程单元之间的输入输出物料流动关系,提出了工艺过程的多级空间组织思想;同时,以各级生产空间单元为中心,建立了产品结构、生产空间、工艺设计、制造资源之间的关联关系,提出了完整的工艺设计与制造资源间的关联关系模型和基于多级空间的产品BOM、工艺BOP、资源数据集成模型,这种模型清晰直观地表达了产品制造过程中各类对象、资源、信息间的关联关系。最后,根据对生产空间的多层次划分,通过车间层工艺路线、ACC层工艺路线、POS层工艺路线、JOB层工艺路线的组织,结合基于多级空间的产品BOM、工艺BOP、资源数据集成模型和多层次物流关系图,相应完成车间层布局、ACC层布局、POS层布局、JOB层布局,从而完成整个生产线布局。
[Abstract]:At present, an important research content of manufacturing enterprise production system is production line layout planning. Scientific production line layout planning not only affects the production efficiency of the enterprise, but also reduces the production cost and material consumption. Secondly, according to the multi-level division of production space, based on workshop layer, ACC layer, POS layer and JOB layer, the manufacturing process of product in each layer space unit and the relationship between input and output material flow among different layers of process units are analyzed. The idea of multilevel spatial organization of process is put forward, and the relationship among product structure, production space, process design and manufacturing resources is established by taking the production space unit of all levels as the center. In this paper, a complete model of the relationship between process planning and manufacturing resources and a model of product BOM, process BOP, resource data integration based on multilevel space are proposed. This model clearly and intuitively represents all kinds of objects and resources in the process of product manufacturing. The relationship between information.
