企业发展规律与战略发展规划

【摘要】：正每家企业都是从小做到大,从专业化到个体化、到公司化、到部门化、到集团化、到产业化,再到资产化。不少物流企业运营多年,有的企业还是同时起步的,但是多年以后,企业间的发展态势有了很大的分别,有的企业规模不断扩大,有的企业是原地踏步甚至被淘汰。面对不同结局,我认为关键是"事在人为"。当前,人们谈论物流行业前景时主要有两种观点:一是未来物流行业会越来越好;一是物流行业未来是危机,越来越困难。在我看来,物流行业的未来如何,关键还在于同仁们
[Abstract]:Every enterprise is from specialization to individualization, to corporatization, to division, to collectivization, to industrialization, and then to capitalization. Many logistics enterprises operate for many years, some enterprises still start at the same time, but after many years, the development situation between enterprises has a very big difference, some enterprises scale is expanding, some enterprises are standing still or even being eliminated. In the face of different endings, I think the key is to be human. At present, there are two main viewpoints when people talk about the prospect of logistics industry: one is that the logistics industry will be better and better in the future; the other is that the future of logistics industry is a crisis, which is becoming more and more difficult.
