JS航运物流公司人才流失与解决方案设计

【摘要】:随着改革开放的加深和中国加入WTO之后,国内各个行业都取得了发展,航运物流作为国内比较新起的行业,发展日新月异,如今已经成为我国国民经济的支柱产业之一。然而,作为一个新兴的支柱产业,航运物流行业的人才流失状况十分严重。一方面,由于行业发展极其迅猛,众多企业在发展的过程中,只注重业务的拓展,而忽略了公司内部员工个人的培养和职业发展规划,导致公司员工在工作到一定年限之后便离开公司;另一方面,航运物流的专业性导致高端人才的供应稀缺。鉴于此,笔者认为目前航运物流人才流失的现象是目前企业必须慎重考虑,谨慎解决的当务之急,否则会影响到企业的健康、可持续发展。针对人才流失情况,笔者结合国内外人才流失、人才激励、心理契约等相关的理论著作和研究,并挑选了JS公司作为研究对象,深入JS公司内部调研,通过问卷调查、人物访谈等多种手段,并在此基础上,结合专家学者们的理论成果,分析JS公司人才流失现状的背后原因,再结合JS公司实际发展情况,针对JS公司人才流失现状的背后原因,设计应对措施,改善JS公司人才流失的问题。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and China's entry into WTO, domestic industries have made progress. Shipping logistics, as a relatively new industry in China, has been developing with each passing day, and has become one of the pillar industries of our national economy. However, as a new pillar industry, shipping logistics industry brain drain is very serious. On the one hand, due to the extremely rapid development of the industry, many enterprises only pay attention to the expansion of business, while neglecting the personal training and career development planning of employees in the company. Causes the company staff to leave the company after working for a certain number of years; On the other hand, the specialization of shipping logistics leads to the scarcity of high-end talents. In view of this, the author believes that the current phenomenon of shipping logistics brain drain is the urgent matter that enterprises must carefully consider and carefully solve, otherwise it will affect the health and sustainable development of enterprises. Aiming at the situation of brain drain, the author combines the theoretical works and research on brain drain, talent motivation, psychological contract and so on at home and abroad, and selects JS Company as the object of study, goes deep into the internal investigation of JS Company, and makes a questionnaire survey. On the basis of personage interview and the theoretical results of experts and scholars, this paper analyzes the reasons behind the brain drain of JS Company, and then combines the actual development of JS Company, aiming at the reasons behind the current situation of brain drain in JS Company. Design countermeasures to improve the brain drain of JS.
