我国铁路开展驮背式运输的经济可行性及运输组织研究

【摘要】:摘要:铁路驮背式运输,是欧美发达国家多式联运和门到门运输的组织形式之一,具有经济节能、绿色环保、安全可靠等特点,产生了良好的社会和经济效益。我国铁路借鉴国外发达国家的成功经验,开展驮背式运输,有助于进一步完善铁路的门到门运输组织形式;能够延伸铁路货物运输业务范围,提升铁路货物运输服务质量;对于降低全社会物流成本,减少能源消耗量及污染物排放量等具有重要的意义。 本文以中国铁路总公司重点课题为依托,对现有条件下我国铁路开展驮背式运输的经济可行性及运输组织进行了分析与研究。首先介绍了欧美国家铁路驮背式运输的发展现状,包括其运营概况及经营方式等,归纳总结了欧美铁路驮背式运输的运营方式,提出了我国铁路开展驮背式运输的运营发展策略。其次分析了铁路运输在节能、环保、安全等方面的优势,研究了我国铁路开展驮背式运输的必要性。接下来,在提出我国铁路开展驮背式运输初期定价原则的基础上,通过对铁路驮背式运输与公路运输的费用对比,分析了我国铁路开展驮背式运输的经济可行性,提出了开展初期的价格策略。之后研究了我国铁路驮背式运输的运输组织方法,包括其作业组织方式、开行方案设计及经营方式等,确定了驮背式运输的运输组织方式;构建了驮背式运输的分担率模型及班列的开行方案模型;提出了驮背式运输开展初期的经营方式建议。最后,以京沪双层集装箱通道为例进行了驮背式运输组织案例分析,预测了京沪通道上驮背式运输的货运量,制定了驮背式运输班列的开行方案与时刻表。 通过本文的研究得出,我国铁路在现有条件下开展驮背式运输是十分必要的,且在经济方面也是可行的:在运输组织方面,我国铁路驮背式运输适宜采用专列的编组方式,以开行班列的形式,实行客运化的组织管理。
[Abstract]:Abstract: railway piggyback transport is one of the organization forms of multimodal transport and door-to-door transportation in developed countries in Europe and America. It has the characteristics of economic energy saving, green environmental protection, safety and reliability, and has produced good social and economic benefits. The successful experience of foreign developed countries and the development of piggyback transport in China are helpful to further improve the door-to-door transport organization of railway. It can extend the scope of railway freight transportation and improve the service quality of railway freight transportation. It is of great significance to reduce the logistics cost of the whole society, reduce energy consumption and pollutant emission. Based on the key subject of China Railway Corporation, this paper analyzes and studies the economic feasibility and transportation organization of carrying out piggyback transport in China's railways under the existing conditions. First of all, the paper introduces the current situation of railway piggyback transport in Europe and America, including its operation and operation mode, and summarizes the operation mode of European and American railway piggyback transport. The operational development strategy of carrying out piggyback transport on railway in China is put forward. Secondly, the advantages of railway transportation in energy saving, environmental protection and safety are analyzed, and the necessity of carrying out piggyback transport in China is studied. Then, on the basis of putting forward the initial pricing principle of carrying out piggyback transport in our country, the economic feasibility of carrying out piggyback transport in our country is analyzed by comparing the cost of railway piggyback transport with that of highway transport. Put forward the initial price strategy. Then it studies the transportation organization method of railway piggyback transportation in China, including its operation organization mode, operation plan design and operation mode, etc., and determines the transportation organization mode of piggyback transport. The sharing rate model of piggyback transportation and the operating scheme model of train are constructed. The management mode of piggyback transportation in the initial stage is put forward. Finally, a case study of piggyback transport organization is carried out with the example of Beijing-Shanghai double-decker container passage, the freight volume of piggyback transport on Beijing-Shanghai channel is forecasted, and the operating plan and schedule of piggyback transport schedule are worked out. Through the research of this paper, it is concluded that it is very necessary and feasible to carry out the piggyback transport in our country's railway under the existing conditions. In the aspect of transportation organization, it is appropriate to adopt the special train formation method for the railway piggyback transport in our country. In the form of the opening of the train, the implementation of passenger transport organization and management.
