酬金管控及预警系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:社会渠道对于促进电信运营商的销售推广、服务提升、方便客户发挥着不可替代的作用。庞大的社会渠道酬金支出也是电信企业的一项销售推广费用,占企业开支的比例越来越大。移动公司酬金池是指将当期激励酬金的一定比例沉淀留待后续发放,这部分酬金主要用于改善渠道条件和提升渠道能力,从而提升渠道稳定度和掌控力。随着技术的不断进步,电信行业的竞争日趋激烈,中国移动千方百计地提升自身综合能力以应对多方面的环境变化。“得渠道者得天下”,只有掌控好渠道信息,才能更好的掌控资金、生产、物流、营销等各项计划,在市场销售和管理过程中,社会渠道是离散分布的,而社会渠道管理的核心是酬金管理,因此,酬金管理是实现社会渠道掌控的关键,也是电信运营商成本管控的重点。随着各种不同需求的提出,酬金池的管理也进入一个新的时期,代理商如何快速方便的查询,酬金主管如何及时快速的掌控各代理商的酬金情况,显得尤为重要。目前移动公司社会渠道酬金存在代理商对代办费构成明细不清、对酬金池感知不足,区域经理对代理商酬金无法知晓、对代理商掌控不足,全区酬金池注入、支出、扣罚人工化、整体费时费力,缺乏防范预警机制,套利现象严重等问题。为实现社会渠道酬金的规范化和精细化管理,根据张家口移动公司渠道部门酬金管理的现状及发展需求,本选题通过开发“张家口移动公司酬金管控及预警系统”以网络作为载体,全面掌控全区代理商酬金变化情况,加强酬金管控力度,增强代理商粘性。最方便、最直接的掌控全区酬金情况。本选题针对张家口移动公司建立的酬金池的各种问题现状和发展需求进行研究,目标是设计出满足移动公司社会渠道酬金政策需求、控制企业成本、调动社会渠道积极性、提升渠道能力和满意度,形成一个具有及时性、全流程自动化的酬金管控及预警系统。张家口移动公司酬金管控及预警系统成功实施后,将全面提升酬金主管的工作效率,及时掌控酬金池全市、各县、各代理商变化的全面情况;它可以提高对代理商代办费、酬金查询要求的效率,能更好、更快、更准的提供查询统计服务,并且能够为使用人员提供全方位的信息支持。通过该系统的建立实现了酬金主管快速、及时掌控酬金池全市、各县、各代理商变化的全面情况;它可以提高对代理商代办费、酬金查询要求的效率,能更好、更快、更准的提供查询统计服务,并且能够为使用人员提供全方位的信息支持。本课题是通过设计和实施张家口移动公司酬金管控及预警系统,解决全区代理商酬金发放的时间慢;响应全区代理商酬金的查询慢;最方便直接的统计出全区的酬金发放、现有总额的全面情况;及时掌控各代理商酬金的异常情况的问题。
