烟草行业多元化经营策略研究

【摘要】:20世纪60年代至90年代,是世界各烟草集团多元化经营快速发展的阶段,同样取得了骄人的成绩,为集团的资产增值保值以及烟草行业的发展起到了积极的推动价值。90年代以后,基于对前景的不同判断和发展战略定位,除日本烟草公司仍继续坚持多元化发展道路外,英美等其他几大跨国烟草公司重新回归到注重烟草主业发展的道路。尽管主要的跨国烟草公司对多元化采取了有效限制的策略,但他们难以将多元化完全地隔离在企业经营范畴之外。中国烟草多元化经营战略目前进入了瓶颈发展阶段,外部严峻的环境和自身发展要求,促使中国烟草多元化寻求新的突破。从多元化基本概念、战略协同理论、归核化战略理论、多元化相关理论等基础理论入手,结合多元化在实际运行过程中面对的问题,将理论与现状有效结合,用实践作为检验理论的标准,避免理论的偏激化。在解决实际问题过程中,发掘理论的辅助支撑价值,开拓经营管理思路,避免对经验主义依赖带来的经营危害。通过多元化发展阶段、多元化发展新特征、多元化发展面临新挑战等方面分析中国烟草行业多元化经营发展现状,说明多元化经营发展变革的必然性和压力:其次分析培养企业可持续发展能力、多元化与专业化合理发展、推进产业链一体化建设、研发创新产品、挖掘多品牌价值、开拓全球市场布局等方面的国外烟草企业多元化经营经验,进而对中国烟草行业多元化经营提出,提升多元化经营机制的科学性、提高产业链一体化经营主体盈利能力、开发新兴市场、开拓培养国际竞争力品牌等四方面的建议。提升多元化经营机制的科学性,具体包括:推动组织结构科学合理化、确定稳定的多元化投资行业、加强对风险监控能力、科学对多元化经营绩效评估。提高产业链一体化经营主体盈利能力,具体包括:优化烟叶产供销运营能力、提高卷烟纸企业盈利能力、提升卷烟制品生产效益、发展完善物流运营体系。开发新兴市场,具体包括:培养低焦油品牌培养、开拓传统卷烟替代品市场。最后根据研究结果,得出研究主要成果,进一步分析研究中存在的问题和发展展望。
[Abstract]:From the 1960s to the 1990s, it was a period of rapid development for the diversified management of various tobacco groups in the world, and it also made remarkable achievements. It has played a positive role in promoting the development of the Group's assets and the development of the tobacco industry. After the 1990s, based on the different judgment on the prospects and the strategic orientation of development, except for the Japanese Tobacco Company, it continued to adhere to the road of diversified development. Several other multinational tobacco companies, such as the United States and the United States, have returned to focus on the development of the tobacco industry. Although the major multinational tobacco companies have adopted an effective strategy of limiting diversification, it is difficult for them to isolate diversification completely from the scope of business operations. The strategy of Chinese tobacco diversification has entered the stage of bottleneck development at present. The severe external environment and its own development requirements urge China's tobacco diversification to seek a new breakthrough. Starting from the basic concepts of diversification, strategic synergy theory, refocusing strategic theory, diversification related theory and other basic theories, combining the problems faced in the actual operation of diversification, the theory and current situation are effectively combined. Use practice as the criterion to test the theory, avoid the extreme of the theory. In the process of solving practical problems, we should explore the auxiliary supporting value of theory, open up the ideas of management, and avoid the operation harm caused by the dependence on empiricism. This paper analyzes the present situation of diversified management and development of Chinese tobacco industry from the aspects of diversification development stage, new characteristics of diversification development, new challenges faced by diversification development and so on. It explains the inevitability and pressure of diversification development. Secondly, it analyzes how to cultivate the sustainable development ability of enterprises, how to develop diversification and specialization, how to promote the integration of industry chain, how to develop and innovate products, and how to excavate the value of multi-brand. To explore the global market layout and other aspects of foreign tobacco enterprises diversification experience, and then put forward to the Chinese tobacco industry diversification management, to enhance the scientific diversification mechanism, improve the profitability of integrated industrial chain operators, Development of emerging markets, development of international competitive brand and other four aspects of advice. To improve the scientific nature of diversified management mechanism, including: to promote the scientific rationalization of organizational structure, to determine a stable and diversified investment industry, to strengthen the ability to monitor risks, and to scientifically evaluate the performance of diversified management. To improve the profitability of the integrated industry chain, including: optimize the production, supply and marketing of tobacco, improve the profitability of cigarette paper enterprises, improve the production efficiency of cigarette products, and develop and improve the logistics operation system. Development of emerging markets, including: cultivation of low tar brand cultivation, traditional cigarette substitute market. Finally, according to the research results, the main research results, further analysis of the existing problems and development prospects.
