钢管刚架结构的应用研究

【摘要】:随着对结构空间和跨度的要求越来越高,钢管结构因其具有优美的外观、合理的受力特点以及优越的经济性,在我国得到快速发展,尤其是空间钢管桁架及钢管刚架均是具有良好承载能力和稳定性能的结构形式,因此被广泛的应用在现代工业厂房、物流仓库、航站楼、体育馆、展览馆、车站及各种公用建筑中。本文以铝矿堆场防雨棚的结构设计为背景,承重结构采用钢管刚架,刚架梁、柱均采用三角形断面的空间立体桁架形式。利用结构分析软件PKPM和大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS分别对结构进行了内力分析及铸钢件节点承载力分析,具体作了以下几方面的工作:(1)提出了管桁结构的设计原则和理论依据。(2)采用PKPM软件,建立了钢管刚架结构的三维模型,并对其进行了详细的内力分析。(3)利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了钢管刚架梁、柱桁架相连的铸钢件节点模型。分析了铸钢件各个位置的应力状态,确定铸钢件承载力。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demands on the space and span of the structure, the steel pipe structure has been developed rapidly in our country because of its beautiful appearance, reasonable stress characteristics and superior economy. Especially, space steel pipe truss and steel pipe rigid frame are all structural forms with good bearing capacity and stable performance, so they are widely used in modern industrial workshops, logistics warehouses, terminal buildings, gymnasiums, exhibition halls, etc. Stations and various public buildings. In this paper, the structure design of rainproof shed of aluminum mine yard is taken as the background. The load-bearing structure adopts the form of steel pipe rigid frame, rigid frame beam and column, all of which adopt the space three-dimensional truss form of triangle section. The internal force of the structure and the bearing capacity of cast steel joint are analyzed by using the structural analysis software PKPM and the large general finite element analysis software ANSYS respectively. The main works are as follows: (1) the design principle and theoretical basis of pipe truss structure are put forward. (2) the three-dimensional model of steel pipe frame structure is established by using PKPM software. The internal force is analyzed in detail. (3) using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the model of steel castings joint connected with steel pipe rigid frame beam and column truss is established. The stress state of steel castings at each position is analyzed and the bearing capacity of steel castings is determined.
