基于RFID棉种质量追溯平台的构建与分析

【摘要】:棉种是棉花产业发展的关键,种子的质量直接决定着产量的高低。它是农业生产是不可或缺的最基本的特殊的生产资料。但是在现实生产过程中,种子问题层出不穷,给棉花产业的发展带来的很多冲击和影响。一方面导致了棉业企业的公平竞争的市场出现了问题,影响了企业的信誉和销售量。让一些无良商贩钻了空子,引发了一系列恶性不良的假种子现象。另一方面,棉农的利益也极大地受到了侵害,让很多汗水和心血给浪费了。为了解决这一难题,基于RFID棉种质量追溯平台被构想了出来。这个追溯平台主要利用现代信息技术,从种子流通管理入手,实现棉种的质量可识别,历史状态可记录,流通环节被跟踪,从根本上解决棉种质量的问题。本文介绍了基于RFID棉种质量追溯平台的构建与分析,平台充分结合了棉种的种植、加工、物流、仓储和销售五个环节,利用RFID电子标签灵活的读写功能和非接触式的便捷,充分发挥数据库与网络开发技术,全方位地对棉种质量数据进行采集实现棉种流通各个环节进行监控,并实现棉种质量数据的实时更新,建立好完整的追溯信息链,构件出棉种质量追溯平台。棉种追溯平台工作的流程是采用RFID技术为基本手段,将电子标签贴于棉种产品的包装上,棉种产品各种信息被写入电子标签中。在种植-加工-物流-仓储-销售这整个环节上信息不断传输到网络中,用户可以随时查询棉种在整个流通环节中的相关信息。用户遇到假种子也可以知道问题的根源,为广大企业和棉农维护自己法律权益提供有力的证据支持,更加进一步的遏制违法行为的存在,促进棉种产业的健康快速的发展。棉种追溯平台利用的开发环境是Visual Studio2010,数据库的开发选用了SQL Server 2008。平台主要包括6个子系统,棉种加工系统、棉种物流系统、棉种仓储系统、棉种销售系统、棉种种植管理系统、平台权限超级管理系统。各系统间信息互通。用户在不同的环节能够查询到棉种上游期间的信息。不同的系统所授的权限也有所不同,确保了信息准确性和流动性。
[Abstract]:Cotton seed is the key to the development of cotton industry, and the quality of seed directly determines the yield. It is the agricultural production is the indispensable most basic special means of production. However, in the process of production, seed problems emerge in endlessly, which bring a lot of impact and influence to the development of cotton industry. On the one hand, it leads to the market of fair competition of cotton enterprises, which affects the reputation and sales of the enterprises. Let some unscrupulous traders drill holes, triggered a series of vicious false seeds phenomenon. On the other hand, the interests of cotton farmers have been greatly violated, let a lot of sweat and effort to waste. In order to solve this problem, cotton seed quality traceability platform based on RFID was conceived. This tracing platform mainly uses modern information technology, starting with seed circulation management, realizes cotton seed quality recognition, historical status can be recorded, circulation links are tracked, fundamentally solve the problem of cotton seed quality. This paper introduces the construction and analysis of cotton seed quality traceability platform based on RFID. The platform combines cotton seed planting, processing, logistics, warehousing and marketing, and makes use of RFID tag's flexible reading and writing function and non-contact convenience. Give full play to the technology of database and network development, collect cotton seed quality data in all directions, monitor every link of cotton seed circulation, realize the real-time updating of cotton seed quality data, and establish a complete traceability information chain. Component cotton seed quality tracing platform. The process of cotton seed tracing platform is to use RFID technology as the basic means to attach the electronic label to the packaging of cotton seed product and all kinds of information of cotton seed product are written into the electronic label. In the whole link of planting, processing, logistics, warehousing and marketing, the information is continuously transmitted to the network, and users can query the relevant information of cotton seeds in the whole circulation link at any time. Users can also know the root of the problem when they encounter false seeds, provide strong evidence support for the majority of enterprises and cotton farmers to maintain their own legal rights and interests, further curb the existence of illegal activities, and promote the healthy and rapid development of cotton seed industry. The development environment of cotton seed tracing platform is SQL Server 2008. The platform mainly includes six subsystems, cotton seed processing system, cotton seed logistics system, cotton seed storage system, cotton seed sales system, cotton seed planting management system, platform authority super management system. Information exchange among systems. Users in different links can query the upstream cotton seed information. Permissions vary from system to system, ensuring information accuracy and mobility.
