SPD与HIS协同应用于药品物流管理的成效分析

【摘要】:目的:研究医院信息系统(HIS)与药品配送企业的"智能链"库存自动化管理系统(SPD)在药品物流管理中协同应用的效果,实现药品的集中配送。方法:介绍我院在协同应用HIS与SPD后实现药品库存管理信息化和科学化所采取的相关措施,通过比较协同应用前、后的相关指标对我院库存管理成效进行分析。结果:通过建立结合HIS与SPD的"统一收货平台"系统及条形码技术,实现药品条形码验收;通过在"统一收货平台"系统中设置药品"定数包"及扫描配送药品外包装上的定数卡,可实现药品自动出入库和生成采购计划;HIS与SPD的协同应用促进了药品集中配送的实现。与应用前比较,应用后在药品采购量和销售量都增加的情况下,药品月均库存金额下降了27.07%(P0.05),药库验收药品入库时间由每种药品耗时6~12 s下降到每张订单耗时10~15 s,药库工作人员由2.5人下降到2人。结论:在药品物流管理中协同应用SPD与HIS后,提高了药库工作效率,降低了药品库存,且实现了药品库存管理工作的信息化和科学化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of cooperative application of hospital information system (HIS) and "intelligent chain" inventory automation management system (SPD) in drug logistics management, and to realize the centralized distribution of drugs. Methods: the related measures to realize the informatization and scientific management of drug inventory in our hospital were introduced after the collaborative application of HIS and SPD. The effect of inventory management in our hospital was analyzed by comparing the relative indexes before and after the collaborative application. Results: the "unified receiving platform" system and bar code technology combined with HIS and SPD were established to realize the acceptance of drug bar code. Through setting the fixed number package and scanning the fixed number card on the outer packaging of medicine in the "unified receiving platform" system, we can realize the automatic entry and export of drugs and the generation of purchase plan. The collaborative application of HIS and SPD promotes the realization of centralized drug distribution. Compared with before application, when the purchase volume and sales volume of drugs increased, the average monthly inventory amount of drugs decreased by 27.07% (P 0.05). The storage time of the drug store decreased from 6 to 12 seconds per drug to 10 to 15 seconds per order, and the number of drug store staff decreased from 2.5 to 2. Conclusion: after the collaborative application of SPD and HIS in drug logistics management, the working efficiency of drug store is improved, the drug inventory is reduced, and the information and scientization of drug inventory management is realized.
