基于西门子PLC的铁水预处理控制系统设计与应用

【摘要】:本课题主要以铁水预处理为研究背景,首先概述铁水预处理的发展概况;然后阐述研究内容,最后以西门子PLC的自动化调试框架,实现KR脱硫法各设备间的分散控制和集中管理。 铁水预处理作为转炉冶炼钢前的一道重要工序,目的是降低铁水中硫的含量,用高品质低硫铁水炼钢。对脱硫工艺的分析使得对降低脱硫成本和不同条件下钢厂采用那种适宜工艺提出建议。KR搅拌脱硫法是外部裹有耐火材料的搅拌器,放置在铁水罐内,进行旋转搅拌,同时加入一定量的脱硫剂,反复进行混合、反应,直到脱硫成功。意义在于:降低冶炼成本,缩短冶炼周期,延长炉龄,改善提高各钢种的质量。 系统设计范围从铁水罐吊到脱硫专用铁水罐车上开始,到铁水脱硫处理结束后铁水罐从脱硫专用铁水罐车吊离为止,整个铁水脱硫站内的全部工艺设备及其附属的润滑、液压等设备的电气控制、信号、联锁、仪器仪表及计算机跟踪等控制系统设计。其主要步骤为首先介绍主要工艺参数的数据采集,接着分别对主回路及各设备运行进行控制,然后针对工艺流程对相关设备状况的数据进行分析,,最后完成铁水预处理系统的调试任务。 本系统是基于西门子PLCstep7编程环境和wincc组态画面的控制系统,可以分为上位机部分和下位机部分,以PLC作为下位机,wincc组态软件作为上位机,该系统是分布式的SCADA(监控与数据采集)系统,具有分散控制与集中管理的特点,能够很好的实现铁水预处理功能。此系统操作方式分为自动、半自动、手动和机旁操作四种方式。电仪一体化,电控及仪控采用西门子PLC进行控制,系统构成完善,可靠性高,使用方便,维护简单。脱硫的二级计算机系统采用Oracle中文版数据库服务器和客户端工具,开发语言采用Microsoft Visual C#。该系统完全实现KR二级工位物流信息跟踪以及对应三级系统中的计划下发,生产数据跟踪,生产情况实时监视等功能,提高了生产管理水平,操作方便灵活。 本课题依据铁水脱硫的工艺特点,对控制系统的设计以先进、实用、经济、可靠为原则,当前包括计算机、传动、仪表等设备的发展都为实现上述原则提供了可靠的保证。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the research background of hot metal pretreatment is mainly taken as the research background. Firstly, the development of hot metal pretreatment is summarized. Then the research content is described. finally, the distributed control and centralized management among the equipment of KR desulphurization method are realized by using the automatic debugging framework of Siemens PLC. Hot metal pretreatment, as an important process before converter smelting steel, aims at reducing the sulfur content in hot metal and making steelmaking with high quality and low sulfur hot metal. The analysis of desulphurization process makes it possible to reduce desulphurization cost and adopt that kind of suitable process in steel plant under different conditions. KR stirring desulphurization method is an external agitator wrapped in refractory material, which is placed in a hot metal tank and stirred by rotation. At the same time, adding a certain amount of desulphurizer, repeatedly mixing, reaction, until desulphurization is successful. The significance is to reduce smelting cost, shorten smelting cycle, prolong furnace life and improve the quality of each steel. The design scope of the system starts from the hot metal tank crane to the special hot metal tank car for desulphurization, until the hot metal tank is lifted from the desulphurization special hot metal tank car after the hot metal desulphurization treatment is finished, and all the technological equipment and the auxiliary lubrication in the whole hot metal desulphurization station are carried out. Hydraulic equipment electrical control, signal, interlocking, instrument and computer tracking control system design. The main steps are as follows: first, the data acquisition of the main process parameters is introduced, then the main circuit and the operation of each equipment are controlled respectively, and then the data of the related equipment conditions are analyzed according to the technological process. Finally, the debugging task of hot metal pretreatment system is completed. This system is based on Siemens PLCstep7 programming environment and wincc configuration screen control system. It can be divided into upper computer part and lower computer part. PLC is used as lower computer and wincc configuration software is used as upper computer. The system is a distributed SCADA (Monitoring and data acquisition) system, which has the characteristics of decentralized control and centralized management, and can realize the function of hot metal pretreatment. The operation mode of this system can be divided into four ways: automatic, semi-automatic, manual and machine-side operation. The electric instrument is integrated, the electronic control and the instrument control are controlled by Siemens PLC, the system structure is perfect, the reliability is high, the use is convenient, and the maintenance is simple. The secondary computer system of desulphurization adopts Oracle Chinese version database server and client tool, and the development language adopts Microsoft Visual C / C. The system fully realizes the functions of KR secondary station logistics information tracking and corresponding three-level system, such as planning, production data tracking, real-time monitoring of production situation, etc., which improves the level of production management and is convenient and flexible in operation. According to the technological characteristics of hot metal desulphurization, the design of the control system is based on the advanced, practical, economical and reliable principles. At present, the development of computer, transmission, instrument and other equipment provides a reliable guarantee for the realization of the above-mentioned principles.
