DF公司设施布置方法研究与系统设计

【摘要】:在当前市场条件下,通过增强设施布置的合理性以降低生产成本、提高生产效率已成为企业增强其市场竞争力的强有力手段之一。我国物流发展起步晚,很多企业都存在着由于设施布局不合理导致的生产物流不顺畅、效率低下、物流费用过高、库存积压大等问题,迫切需要有效的设施布置理论、方法和工具来快速对企业的生产设施进行合理地规划设计。本文以DF公司为研究对象,运用工业工程的理念与方法,详细分析了该公司的生产过程和布局现状,针对发现的问题确定了该公司的设施布置需求与目标,选定SLP法和启发式算法为基本方法对DF公司的生产设施布置进行设计研究。首先,用数学符号、公式、式子、图形等细致详尽的描述该公司的设施布置问题,建立相应问题的数学模型,并应用可拓学方法建立了布置方案的评价模型。其次,根据遗传算法与模拟退火算法的原理与特点,将两者结合形成GASA混合算法,并结合DF公司的布置问题详细说明了该混合算法的流程、编码方案、操作规则、参数设置等。同时将SLP法计算机化,通过程序化的语言描述出来,详细阐述了改进后的SLP法的逻辑流程和功能模型。再次,采用面向对象设计方法对“DF公司设施布置系统”进行功能、架构及系统逻辑关系设计,并完成系统研发,保证了系统的易维护性和可扩展性。运用IDEF0图描述系统整体及各个功能模块的输入输出关系,线性流程图说明各个模块的运行逻辑。最后,通过DF公司厂区布局实例介绍了自主研发系统的主要界面设计及使用方法。运用该系统分别用SLP法和GASA混合算法获得了两个备选布置方案,并对两个备选方案进行了对比评价,验证了系统的可行性。
[Abstract]:Under the current market conditions, it has become one of the powerful means for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness by enhancing the rationality of facility layout to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency. The development of logistics in our country starts late, and many enterprises have some problems, such as the production logistics is not smooth, the efficiency is low, the logistics cost is too high, the inventory is overstocked and so on, which is caused by the unreasonable layout of the facilities, so there is an urgent need for the effective facility layout theory. Methods and tools to quickly plan and design the production facilities of the enterprise. In this paper, DF Company is taken as the research object, and the production process and layout status of the company are analyzed in detail by using the concept and method of industrial engineering, and the requirements and objectives of the facility layout of the company are determined according to the problems found. The SLP method and heuristic algorithm are selected as the basic methods to design and study the production facilities layout of DF Company. Firstly, the facility layout problem of the company is described in detail with mathematical symbols, formulas, graphics and so on, the mathematical model of the corresponding problem is established, and the evaluation model of the layout scheme is established by using the extension method. Secondly, according to the principle and characteristics of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm, the GASA hybrid algorithm is formed by combining them, and the flow, coding scheme, operation rules and parameter setting of the hybrid algorithm are explained in detail combined with the layout problem of DF company. At the same time, the SLP method is computerized and described by programmed language, and the logic flow and function model of the improved SLP method are described in detail. Thirdly, the object-oriented design method is used to design the function, architecture and system logic relationship of "DF facility layout system", and the system research and development is completed to ensure the easy maintenance and expansibility of the system. The IDEF0 diagram is used to describe the input and output relationship of the whole system and each functional module, and the linear flow chart is used to illustrate the running logic of each module. Finally, the main interface design and application method of independent R & D system are introduced through an example of DF plant layout. Two alternative layout schemes are obtained by using SLP method and GASA hybrid algorithm, and the feasibility of the system is verified by comparing and evaluating the two options.
