【摘要】：以青岛酒店管理职业技术学院为研究模型,在专业建设管理中创新实施了"项目负责人制"管理模式。通过近五年的研究和实践,不断丰富了机制内涵建设,逐步形成了相对稳定的运行机制和成熟的管理流程,在提高专业建设效率、提升专业负责人水平、规范专业建设精细化管理等方面取得了显著成效,在同类院校中具有一定的推广和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Taking Qingdao Hismile College as a research model in the professional construction management innovation in the implementation of the "project leader system" management mode. Through nearly five years of research and practice, and constantly enrich the connotation of mechanism construction, and gradually formed a relatively stable operating mechanism and mature management processes, improve the efficiency in the specialty construction, enhance the professional person in charge the level of professional construction, standard fine management has achieved remarkable results, which has certain promotion and reference in similar institutions.
