【摘要】: 随着全球一体化的不断演进,任何一个企业都不能单单依靠一个项目生存,在同一时间往往有很多个项目同时进行。我们生存在一个复杂的环境中,传统的项目管理模式已经不能完全满足现代复杂多项目管理的需要。本文以复杂系统理论为指导,将复杂系统理论和多项目管理理论相结合,对于解决复杂多项目管理中的问题进行了研究 本文所做的主要研究工作如下: 第一,以复杂系统理论为指导,结合涌现理论和协调学的相关理论,对多项目管理的自组织、自涌现、动态演化等复杂特征进行了研究,并分析了其内部复杂性和外部复杂性。对基于复杂系统理论的MAS理论进行研究,并基于MAS理论对多项目管理系统进行了建模分析,构造了各个Agent的内部模型,并对其运行机理进行了分析。 第二,对多项目管理系统过程管理进行研究,基于MAS理论构建资源协调内部模型,并对其运行机理进行了分析。基于复杂系统理论,对多项目管理系统的信息协同和沟通进行了研究,构建了多项目管理系统信息协同平台整体框架,并对其运作方式进行了分析。 第三,以信息系统建设多项目管理为实验案例,基于MAS理论,在JADE平台上,对多项目资源协调进行实例编程验证。 通过以上的学习和研究,本文得到的主要研究成果和研究结论: 第一:多项目管理符合复杂系统的特征,以复杂系统的相关理论方法做指导,可以解决多项目管理过程中出现的目标不协同、信息沟通不畅、资源冲突等问题; 第二:基于MAS理论,构建了多项目管理系统模型,并对其内部组成运行机理进行了阐述;构建了多项目管理信息协同平台整体框架,对于解决传统项目管理中的信息孤岛、信息协同提出了解决方案,有积极的现实意义。 第三:通过多项目管理系统的资源协调,可以使单个项目扩大资源获取的范围,并不仅仅局限与本身,通过协调,可以获取其他项目的支持,提高整体效益。
[Abstract]:With the development of global integration, any enterprise can not rely solely on a project, at the same time there are many projects at the same time. We live in a complex environment, the traditional project management model has been unable to fully meet the modern complex multi project management. This paper is based on complex system theory, complex system theory and project management theory, to solve the complex problem of multi project management is studied
The main research work done in this paper is as follows:
First, the complex system theory, combined with the emergence theory and coordination theory, the self - organization, multi project management since the emergence of complex, dynamic evolution characteristics were studied, and the complexity of internal and external complexity analysis. Research on complex system theory based on the MAS theory, and based on MAS the theoretical model of the multi project management system, constructs the internal model of each Agent, and analyzed its operating mechanism.
Second, the research of management system of multi project management, construction of internal resource coordination model based on MAS theory, and analyzed its operating mechanism. Based on the theory of complex system, the multi project management system of collaborative information and communication are studied, construct the whole framework of collaborative information platform project management system, and the mode of operation is analyzed.
Third, with the information system construction of multi project management as an experimental case, based on the MAS theory and on the JADE platform, the multi project resource coordination is verified by example programming.
Through the above study and research, the main research results and research conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows:
Firstly, multi project management accords with the characteristics of complex system. Guided by related theories and methods of complex systems, it can solve the problems of uncoordinated goals, poor information communication and resource conflicts in multi project management.
Second: Based on MAS theory, build a multi project management system model, and the internal structure operation mechanism are described; the frame of multi project management information platform, to solve the traditional project management information island, information synergy in order to solve the case, have a positive and practical significance.
Third: through the resource coordination of multi project management system, we can expand the scope of resource acquisition for single project, and not only restrict itself, but also get the support of other projects and improve the overall benefit through coordination.
