【摘要】：作为企业的灵魂和支柱,科学研究是企业生存与发展基石,是企业工作中的重中之重。然而很多企业对科研项目管理仍然采用传统的人工及纸制管理方式,这种管理方式需要耗费极大的时间和精力去手工处理那些繁杂、重复的工作,而且手工处理具有延时、差错、重复、工作量大、效率低、不易查询等弊端,“企业科研综合业务管理平台建设及应用”平台的开发,正是适应了大庆化工集团在科技创新与管理方面的需求,是顺应技术发展潮流的举措。企业科研综合业务管理平台的目的是实现集团科研项目管理的数字化办公系统,不仅为集团员工更好的开展科研工作提供了便利,而且使科研管理部门及领导能全面、实时、准确的掌握集团的所有科研项目的进展及实施情况,辅助领导进行科研管理决策,为科研管理人员开展工作提供极大的便利。本系统结合大庆油田化工集团提出的对科研管理进行创新和高效的需求,通过对大庆油田化工集团科研管理方面的深入研究和分析,基于B/S的系统模式,采用三层架构进行开发,能够对大庆油田化工集团科研管理工作从项目立项、开题、研发过程管理到验收、结题、获奖等,形成全过程全方位的综合管理。
[Abstract]:As the soul and pillar of the enterprise, scientific research is the foundation stone of the survival and development of the enterprise and the most important part of the enterprise work. However, many enterprises still adopt the traditional artificial and paper management methods for the scientific research project management. This management method needs to spend a great deal of time and energy to handle the complicated and repetitive work manually, and manual processing has the disadvantages of delay, error, repetition, heavy workload, low efficiency, difficult to query and so on. The development of "enterprise scientific research integrated business management platform construction and application" platform, is to meet the needs of Daqing Chemical Group in scientific and technological innovation and management. The purpose of enterprise scientific research integrated business management platform is to realize the digital office system of group scientific research project management, which not only provides convenience for group staff to carry out scientific research work better. And the scientific research management departments and leaders can comprehensively, real-time and accurately grasp the progress and implementation of all scientific research projects in the group, and assist the leaders to make scientific research management decisions. This system combines with the demand of Daqing Oil Field Chemical Group for innovation and efficiency in scientific research management. Through the in-depth research and analysis of scientific research management of Daqing Oilfield Chemical Group, based on the system model of B / S, the three-tier structure is adopted to develop. The scientific research management of Daqing Oilfield Chemical Group can form a comprehensive management of the whole process from project establishment, project opening, R & D process management to acceptance, conclusion, award, etc.
