某型控制软件开发项目质量管理案例研究

【摘要】:机车控制软件在机车上处于核心地位,其性能直接影响整个机车的运用效果。一套高质量的机车控制软件,是整车产品优良品质的保证,能够极大地增加整车的竞争优势。种种迹象表明,机车控制软件的质量问题通常与技术能力无关,而是往往由于管理漏洞和缺陷。本文以某型机车控制软件开发项目案例作为研究素材,以项目管理的相关知识和理论作为指导依据,从机车控制软件的组织架构和开发流程入手,结合软件开发个案的典型事实,对影响最终产品性能表现的各方面因素进行分析,进而提出机车控制软件开发过程中质量管理的相关问题,研究其发生原因和导致后果,最终为机车控制软件开发项目的质量管理提出改善策略。首先,在对某型机车控制软件开发项目的背景和特性进行介绍的基础上描述了项目的开发流程和组织结构,通过对开发经过和总体质量表现的回顾,提取了最具代表性的部分典型管理问题。其次,梳理了质量管理理论尤其是软件质量管理理论和相关方法,研究了软件质量管理理论的国内外发展现状,对某型机车控制软件开发项目存在的管理问题进行了分析,找出了组织结构不合理、开发流程存在制约的问题原因。最后,通过调整组织结构、完善开发流程的方法,为机车控制软件开发提供质量管理的改进策略。
[Abstract]:The locomotive control software is in the core position on the locomotive, its performance directly affects the application effect of the whole locomotive. A set of high quality locomotive control software is the guarantee of the fine quality of the whole car product. It can greatly increase the competitive advantage of the whole vehicle. There are various indications that the quality problem of locomotive control software is usually independent of technical ability. But often because of the management loopholes and defects. This paper takes a locomotive control software development project case as the research material, and takes the relevant knowledge and theory of project management as the guidance basis. Starting with the organization structure and development process of locomotive control software, combined with the typical facts of software development cases, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the performance of the final product. Then put forward the locomotive control software development in the process of quality management issues, research its causes and consequences, and finally for the locomotive control software development project quality management improvement strategy. First of all. Based on the introduction of the background and characteristics of a locomotive control software development project, this paper describes the development process and organization structure of the project, and reviews the development process and overall quality performance. The most representative part of the typical management problems are extracted. Secondly, the quality management theory, especially the software quality management theory and related methods are combed, and the development status of software quality management theory at home and abroad is studied. This paper analyzes the management problems existing in a certain locomotive control software development project and finds out the reasons for the unreasonable organization structure and the restriction of the development process. Finally, the organization structure is adjusted. Improve the method of development process and provide the improvement strategy of quality management for the development of locomotive control software.
