【摘要】：随着IT技术日新月异的发展,企业信息化正在对企业内部信息流、物流、资金流等多种资源流产生重大的影响。信息化让企业内人、财、物的管理实现自动化处理,同时也使企业内部各种信息流相互整合、相互渗透。它打破了企业内部业务部门之间的“业务墙”,使企业内部的各种资源在企业范围内能够有机的进行整合和利用,使企业的内部和外部资源的利用率大大提升,从而提高企业自身效益。十八大报告明确将“信息化水平大幅提升”作为全面建成小康社会的目标之一,将信息化作为加快转变经济发展方式的重要途径,作为推进经济结构战略性调整的重要内容与手段。从目前国家信息化战略、两化融化战略及工业4.0的发展来看,企业信息化势在必行。而企业信息化的落地往往都需信息化的软件项目来进行实现。然而由于种种原因,企业信息化项目实施的成功率却比较低。究其原因是企业信息化项目的管理过程中存在着诸多问题,因此研究企业信息化项目管理,解决信息化项目管理中存在的各种问题有着比较大的现实意义和实际价值。本文以S所的MDM-ESB信息化项目为研究对象,结合项目管理领域的相关知识,展开项目管理过程研究,论文将具体从以下两个方面展开研究:(1)结合项目规划、大型项目WBS、项目团队建设、项目计划管理、项目质量管理、项目成本管理与项目风险管理等项目管理领域的主要过程组理论,以理论结合实际的方式,对S所的MDM-ESB信息化项目展开研究;在项目实施过程中,讨论了S所MDM-ESB信息化项目管理的要点。S所MDM-ESB信息化项目的成功经验,为S所的其他信息化项目管理提供了有价值的参考;(2)研究信息化项目管理过程中涉及到的管理标准、管理职责及技术规范,并通过MDM-ESB信息化项目的内容建设对它们加以固化。从而在信息化项目管理的过程中规范管理的形式和内容,做到项目管理“有法可依”;同时减少信息化项目管理过程中的管理活动、简化管理流程,进而提高S所信息化项目管理的效率。
[Abstract]:With the development of IT technology change rapidly, the enterprise informatization is the enterprise internal logistics, information flow, capital flow and other resources flow have a significant impact. It has broken the internal the business department of the "business wall", make all kinds of resources within the enterprise can integrate organically and use within the enterprise, the enterprise's internal and external resource rate is greatly improved, so as to improve the enterprise's own benefit. The eighteen report clearly will significantly enhance the level of information as one of the completion of a comprehensive well-off society as an important way to accelerate the informatization, will change the way of economic development as an important content and means of promoting the strategic adjustment of economic structure in the country. Informatization strategy, two melting strategy and industry 4 development, enterprise informatization is imperative. The software project and the enterprise information are often need landing information to achieve. However, due to various reasons, the enterprise informatization project implementation success rate is relatively low. The reason is that there are many problems during the process of enterprise informatization project management therefore, the research on enterprise informatization project management, has a great significance and practical value in solving various problems of informationization project management. This paper takes the project of MDM-ESB information S as the research object, combined with knowledge of the field of project management, research project management process, this paper will specifically from the following two aspects study: (1) according to the project planning, project WBS, project team building, project management, project quality management, project cost management and The main process of project management project risk management of the group theory, combining the theory with practical ways, to study the project MDM-ESB information S; in the process of project implementation, discusses the successful experience of.S points S MDM-ESB information management MDM-ESB information project, which provides valuable reference for other information project management S; (2) management standards related to research information in the process of project management, standardize the role and technology management, and through the MDM-ESB information project of the construction to be cured of them. The standard management in the process of informatization of project management in the form and content of the project management, to achieve "the law"; at the same time to reduce the information in the process of project management and management activities, to simplify the management process, and improve the efficiency of S project management.
