【摘要】：项目进度计划与控制是项目管理中的核心内容,项目进度管理的好坏直接关系到项目的成败。项目进度计划与控制是项目管理团队围绕项目目标制定进度计划,通过项目实施过程中的跟踪、检查、分析,依据影响因素对进度计划实施调整,该工作持续至项目竣工并交付使用。做好项目进度计划与控制,提高项目管理水平,直接体现企业的市场竞争力,关系到企业的生存和发展。而科学有效的进度计划和控制方法是项目进度管理的关键。宝钢厂区纬十二西路大修项目具有工期紧、交通影响大、控制因素多等特点,对沿线生产的短期不利影响较大,工期进度要求在项目实施中占据重要位置;而工程实施过程中影响进度的因素很多,因此对宝钢厂区纬十二西路大修项目进度管理研究有重要意义。本文主要从宝钢厂区纬十二西路大修项目进度管理出发,将理论与实际相结合,首先进行项目的工作结构分解,确定项目工作的活动请单,通过分析项目活动的逻辑关系确定项目活动顺序,以类比估计法和专家判断法对项目的活动历时时间进行估算,通过进度计划优化,制定出可行的项目进度计划。其次,建立进度控制体系,依据进度控制的方法和工具对项目的进度实施控制,将项目的工期控制在事先计划的目标之内。
[Abstract]:Project schedule planning and control is the core content of project management, and the quality of project schedule management is directly related to the success or failure of the project. Through tracking, checking, analyzing, adjusting the progress plan according to the influence factors, the work will continue until the project is completed and delivered to use. Make the project schedule and control. Improve the level of project management, directly reflect the market competitiveness of enterprises. Related to the survival and development of enterprises, and scientific and effective schedule planning and control method is the key to project schedule management. Baosteel factory area Wei 12 West Road overhaul project has a tight construction period and great traffic impact. There are many control factors, which have a great negative impact on the short-term production along the line, and the schedule requirements occupy an important position in the implementation of the project. There are many factors that affect the progress of the project. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the progress management of Wei 12 West Road overhaul project in Baosteel. This paper combines theory with practice from the point of view of schedule management of Wei 12 West Road overhaul project in Baosteel. First of all, the work structure of the project is decomposed to determine the activity request list of the project work, and the order of the project activities is determined by analyzing the logical relationship of the project activities. The project duration is estimated by analogy estimation method and expert judgment method, and the feasible project schedule is worked out through the optimization of the schedule plan. Secondly, the schedule control system is established. Control the progress of the project according to the methods and tools of schedule control, and control the duration of the project within the planned objectives.
