火电厂燃烧系统改造项目中的PDCA质量控制

【摘要】:项目质量作为工程项目中最为重要的环节,其重要性不可忽视。工程项目质量渗透在质量形成的全过程中的各个环节,是为了达到既定的质量要求所采取的必要的作业技术和活动,对质量控制体系进行投入运行,在质量控制环节中采用先进的管理和控制思想进行设计,对项目管理过程中质量的管控责任人进行落实。通过质量控制过程对各个责任人进行职能分配。对预期发生的一系列质量问题进行有效的应对。随着国民经济的高速发展,对能源需求越来越大。对能源资源中重要组成部分的煤、电需求量也越来越高。作为火力发电的主要燃料——煤炭,供应非常紧张。因此要提高机组燃烧效率,节约能源,在电站锅炉的燃烧率问题中以及粉煤灰的质量情况把控中,最为明显的是飞灰含炭量。所以我们要把其含量控制在合理的范围内,以减少污染,提高电厂效益。为达此目的,我们运用了PDCA动态质量控制方法对电站锅炉燃烧系统的技术改造进行质量管理。(本课题来源于华能国际石洞口第一发电厂#1-#4锅炉燃烧系统改造项目)
[Abstract]:Project quality as the most important link in engineering projects, its importance can not be ignored. In order to achieve the established quality requirements to take the necessary operation technology and activities, the quality control system is put into operation, in the quality control links using advanced management and control ideas to design. In the process of project management, the persons responsible for quality control are carried out. Through the process of quality control, the responsible persons are assigned their functions. A series of quality problems expected to occur are effectively dealt with. With the development of the national economy, Rapid development. The demand for energy is increasing, and the demand for coal, which is an important part of energy resources, is also increasing. As the main fuel for thermal power generation, coal supply is very tight. Therefore, the combustion efficiency of units should be improved. Energy saving, in the burning rate of utility boiler and fly ash quality control, the most obvious is fly ash carbon content, so we should control its content in a reasonable range to reduce pollution. To improve the efficiency of power plant. We use the PDCA dynamic quality control method to carry on the quality management to the technical transformation of the boiler combustion system in the power station. This subject comes from the reconstruction project of #1-#4 boiler combustion system in Huaneng International Shidongkou No. 1 Power Plant.
