青岛金华路保障性住房项目施工进度管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,工程建设项目建设速度明显加快。工程项目管理的管理水平不仅关系到项目本身的建设,而且直接影响到社会经济的发展。在国民经济发展中项目管理的地位越来越重要。这就要求项目在建设过程中,采用科学合理的方法进行管理。项目进度管理是项目管理的一个重要组成部分,作为项目管理的主要灵魂之一,其在一定程度上决定了项目完成的成败。本文对工程项目进度管理与控制进行应用,并在工程项目实践中运用,得到一定成效,对我国国内工程建设的项目进度管理提供借鉴。建设工程项目施工阶段的进度管理是项目施工管理的重要内容之一,它不仅直接影响工程项目的质量、工期和成本,还关系到工程项目的社会效益与经济效益。因此工程项目施工阶段对施工进度实施有效的管理,对指导工程项目施工,保证工程项目工期具有重要意义。施工进度管理是工程项目管理中的重要组成部分,贯穿于施工项目管理的全程。施工进度管理主要是负责施工进度控制和管理,体现在具体督促和指导承包人编制施工进度计划。在工程项目管理和实践中,施工计划是一项最富有挑战性的一项活动,编制施工计划是工程项目施工中的关键工作,通过项目施工计划,规范了项目的最终结果和完成项目的时间限制。本论文首先分析了的项目管理的研究现状、选题背景、研究内容、框架、目的及意义。接着综合阐述项目管理方面的基础知识,对建设项目中的进度计划管理和进度计划控制进行了系统的研究。本论文以青岛金华路保障性住房项目为例,运用项目管理的基本原理与现代项目管理的先进管理理念,对其施工阶段进度管理进行研究。论文首先介绍了项目管理及项目进度管理的相关理论,然后介绍了金华路保障性住房项目的基本情况,详细阐述了金华路保障性住房项目施工项目进度计划编制的方法和步骤,根据该项目的工作分解结构,估算了项目活动持续的时间,绘制了项目网络计划图,根据项目施工进度网络计划图编制了项目进度计划,最后对项目施工进度计划的实施进行了研究,对实施过程中的影响因素进行分析,讨论了项目进度控制方法,对应的提出应对措施和解决方案。通过动态监测项目,及时调整项目进度计划,确保项目的顺利完工,研究了有效进行全过程进度控制工作所要采取的方法和建议,对今后建设项目进度管理工作具有现实指导意义,也为其他类似项目建设解决项目进度问题提出参考。该论文研究对工程项目的施工进度管理有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the construction speed of engineering construction project is obviously accelerated. The management level of engineering project management is not only related to the construction of the project itself. And directly affect the social and economic development. In the national economic development, the status of project management is becoming more and more important, which requires the project in the process of construction. Project schedule management is an important part of project management, as one of the main soul of project management. To a certain extent, it determines the success or failure of the project completion. This paper applied the project schedule management and control, and applied in the engineering project practice, and got certain results. It is one of the important contents of the project construction management, which not only directly affects the quality of the project. The construction period and cost are also related to the social and economic benefits of the project. Therefore, the construction schedule of the project is managed effectively in the construction stage, which can guide the construction of the project. The construction schedule management is an important part of the project management. Construction schedule management is mainly responsible for the construction schedule control and management, reflected in the specific supervision and guidance of the contractor to prepare the construction progress plan. In the project management and practice. The construction plan is one of the most challenging activities, the preparation of the construction plan is the key work in the construction of the project, through the project construction plan. The final results of the project and the time limit for the completion of the project are standardized. Firstly, this paper analyzes the status quo of the project management, the background of the topic, the research content and the framework. Purpose and significance. Then the basic knowledge of project management is expounded. The progress plan management and schedule control in the construction project are systematically studied. This paper takes Jinhua Road as an example. Based on the basic principles of project management and the advanced management concept of modern project management, this paper studies the progress management in the construction phase. Firstly, the paper introduces the relevant theories of project management and project schedule management. Then introduced the basic situation of Jinhua Road supportable housing project, elaborated the Jinhua Road indemnificatory housing project construction project progress plan preparation method and the step, according to this project work breakdown structure. Estimated the duration of the project activities, drew the project network plan, according to the project construction schedule network plan drawing up the project progress plan, finally the implementation of the project construction schedule plan was studied. This paper analyzes the influencing factors in the process of implementation, discusses the method of project schedule control, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions, and adjusts the project schedule in time through dynamic monitoring of the project. To ensure the smooth completion of the project, the paper studies the methods and suggestions to be adopted to effectively carry out the progress control work of the whole process, which is of practical significance to the construction project schedule management in the future. It also provides a reference for other similar projects to solve the project schedule problems. This paper has a certain reference value for the construction schedule management of engineering projects.
