实验室信息管理系统在某生物育种中心的设计与实现

【摘要】:自从人类步入信息时代以来,生产生活和科技水平迅速提高,并且随着计算机的普及和信息量爆炸性的增加,信息对社会生产生活的影响逐步提高到一种绝对重要的地位,各行各业尤其是科学研究领域对能够快速的获取和处理信息有着愈发迫切的需求。实验室的建设可以说是科研领域的核心组成部分之一,科研过程中的数据采集和分析过程基本都是在实验室完成的。随着科技的不断发展,实验室所要分析的项目大量增加以及实验仪器的更新换代,要分析的数据量是呈几何级倍数增加的,传统的数据采集分析方法已远远不能满足需求。此时信息技术的成熟使得大规格建设和应用信息系统成为了可能,人们开始逐渐使用计算机来收集和分析实验室数掘,并逐渐发展到对实验室人员、仪器、试剂、项目管理、任务分配等多个方面的管理,这就是实验室信息管理系统(Laboratory Information Management System,简称为LIMS)的雏形。根据实验室信息管理系统的功能可以将其定义为:由计算机硬件和应用软件组成,能够完成实验室数据和信息的收集、分析、报告和管理,基于计算机局域网,专门针对一个实验室的整体环境而设计,是一个包括了信号采集设备、数据通讯软件、数据库管理软件在内的高效集成系统[1]。实验室信息管理系统的建立对提高实验室的整体水平和运行效率有着重要的作用。本文是以国内某生物育种中心的LIMS系统项目开发实施过程为基础,详细的说明了一个大型商业化LIMS项目从需求分析、系统结构设计直到应用功能开发的整个过程,给出了一个成功的LIMS的解决方案,可以作为一个范例供其他有此类需求的人员以参考。本文首先介绍了本课题的背景、来源及国内外的研究应用现状,然后介绍了项目开发的相关技术并举例说明,给读者以直观深入的理解。接下来描述了项目的需求和系统功能结构,然后给出了应用功能的开发实现,最后一章说明了此次项目开发实施的心得体会。
[Abstract]:Since mankind stepped into the information age, the level of production, life and science and technology has improved rapidly, and with the popularization of computers and the explosive increase of the amount of information. The influence of information on social production and life has gradually increased to an absolutely important position. All kinds of industries, especially in the field of scientific research, have more and more urgent needs to obtain and process information quickly. The construction of laboratory can be said to be one of the core components in the field of scientific research. The process of data acquisition and analysis in the process of scientific research is basically completed in the laboratory. With the continuous development of science and technology, the number of items to be analyzed in the laboratory has increased greatly and the laboratory instruments have been upgraded. The amount of data to be analyzed is increasing in geometric order, and the traditional method of data acquisition and analysis is far from satisfying the demand. At this time, the maturity of information technology makes it possible to construct and apply information system in large specifications. People began to use computers to collect and analyze the number of laboratory excavation, and gradually developed to laboratory personnel, instruments, reagents, project management, task allocation and other aspects of the management. This is the laboratory information management system Information Management System. According to the function of laboratory information management system, it can be defined as: it is composed of computer hardware and application software, can complete the collection and analysis of laboratory data and information. Report and management, based on computer local area network, designed specifically for the overall environment of a laboratory, is an efficient integrated system including signal acquisition equipment, data communication software and database management software. [1. The establishment of laboratory information management system plays an important role in improving the overall level and operational efficiency of the laboratory. This paper is based on the development and implementation process of LIMS system project in a biological breeding center in China. . A large commercial LIMS project from requirement analysis, system structure design to application function development process is described in detail, and a successful LIMS solution is given. As an example for other people with such needs for reference. Firstly, this paper introduces the background of this topic, sources and domestic and foreign research and application of the status quo. Then it introduces the related technology of the project development and gives some examples to give readers an intuitive and in-depth understanding. Then it describes the requirements of the project and the system function structure and then gives the development and implementation of the application function. The last chapter explains the experience of the project development and implementation.
