中冶华天项目设计进度管理研究

【摘要】：现代冶金领域的工程项目是场地区域紧凑、各种大型设备繁多、生产过程危险系数高、涉及专业领域广的复杂工程。冶金设计项目在工程设计阶段涉及设计人员众多、各专业设计相互交叉,专业接口繁多,存在很多不确定因素,设计进度难以保证,因此工程项目的设计进度对于项目管理十分重要。为确保项目的进度计划的有序实施,提升整体系统工作能力,探寻适合的设计项目的进度管理方法具有现实意义。论文首先概述项目进度管理的相关基础理论和研究应用现状；然后分析中冶华天公司设计项目进度管理现状及其存在问题：接着在此分析基础上,提出建立进度控制小组并按照不同管理层次、不同管理级别对进度加以控制的进度管理方法,并提出强化设计项目进度计划系统、完善基础档案管理工作、加强设计项目进度监控系统、完善信息沟通与协调机制等中冶华天设计项目进度管理改进措施；最后论文结合沙钢100吨电炉炼钢工程设计项目的管理实践,说明在矩阵式项目管理模式下,重视沟通协调工作、运用关键路径法和甘特图法、加强人力资源管理与调配等完善项目进度控制措施的具体应用。
[Abstract]:The engineering projects in modern metallurgical field include compact site area, various large-scale equipment, high production process hazard coefficient and complex engineering involving a wide range of specialized fields. The metallurgical design project involves a large number of designers in the engineering design stage. The design schedule of the engineering project is very important to the project management. In order to ensure the orderly implementation of the progress plan of the project, the design schedule of the project is very important. It is of practical significance to improve the working ability of the whole system and to explore the suitable schedule management method of the design project. Firstly, the paper summarizes the basic theory and the current situation of research and application of the project schedule management. Then it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of schedule management of design project in China Metallurgical Company. Then, on the basis of the analysis, the paper puts forward the establishment of schedule control group and according to different management levels, The method of schedule management with different management levels is put forward to strengthen the schedule planning system of the design project, perfect the basic archives management, and strengthen the monitoring system of the progress of the design project. Improve information communication and coordination mechanism and other improvement measures of schedule management of Huatian design project in China Metallurgical Co., Ltd. Finally, combining with the management practice of the design project of 100 ton electric furnace steelmaking project in Shagang, the paper shows that under the matrix project management mode, Pay attention to the communication and coordination, use the key path method and Gantu method, strengthen the human resources management and deployment to improve the specific application of project schedule control measures.
