基于BIM的施工资源动态管理与优化

【摘要】:在实现施工管理精细化的进程中,施工资源管理是实现精细化管理和控制的重要环节。但传统的资源管理依靠的主要是人为控制以及二维数据传递、交流与管理,经常由于图纸理解不清楚,进度计划调整,致使出现资源需求计划不准确、资源采购浪费与限额领料缺乏控制依据等问题。随着近几年BIM技术的出现与逐步发展,在施工阶段的BIM应用深度正在不断深化,有效提升项目进度、成本与质量等工程项目管理水平,因此,对于BIM在施工阶段的应用探索来实现精细化的资源管理具有重要探索价值。本文基于当前施工资源管理方法、内容与现状,结合BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术提出对施工资源的动态管理与优化的可行思路与方案。通过对BIM技术与相关建模软件的深入分析,以及软件间信息传递标准与存在问题的探索,三维模型与进度计划、计价文件间关联原理的研究,实现在广联达BIM5D平台上,创建出以三维模型为基础,WBS为核心,附加进度信息、成本信息等参数的5D信息模型。为全面探究基于BIM的施工资源管理过程,本文通过一某案例工程,借助BIM工具建立三维模型、进度文件与计价文件,在广联达BIM5D平台上集成各信息创建5D模型。结果表明,以BIM为基础的施工资源管理可计算出每个工序的人、材、机资源的用量和成本,实现工程量的动态查询、施工资源的动态管理与优化以及成本的跟踪对比等。本文成果有助于管理人员可快速提取物资用量,提高工程计量效率;预先根据材料用量分布情况,合理安排各类资源的进场等工作,提前避免由于资源供应不足或冲突等问题而导致的风险;以及通过项目动态模拟优化施工管理,保障资源的合理供给,对施工资源的精细化控制与管理,具有显著效果。
[Abstract]:In the process of fine construction management, construction resource management is an important link to realize fine management and control, but the traditional resource management mainly depends on artificial control and two-dimensional data transmission, communication and management. Often due to unclear understanding of drawings and adjustment of progress plans, there are problems such as inaccurate planning of resource requirements, waste of resources and lack of control basis for quota materials. With the emergence and gradual development of BIM technology in recent years, The application depth of BIM in the construction phase is deepening continuously, effectively improving the project progress, cost and quality of engineering project management level, therefore, It is of great value for the application of BIM in the construction phase to realize the meticulous resource management. This paper is based on the current construction resource management methods, contents and current situation. Combining with BIM(Building Information modeling technology, this paper puts forward a feasible idea and scheme for dynamic management and optimization of construction resources. Through the deep analysis of BIM technology and related modeling software, and the exploration of the standard and existing problems of information transmission among software, the paper also discusses the problems of information transfer between the two kinds of software. The research of 3D model and schedule plan, the principle of correlation between pricing documents, is realized on the platform of Guanglanda BIM5D, which is based on 3D model and adds progress information. In order to explore the process of construction resource management based on BIM, this paper establishes 3D model, progress document and valuation document by means of BIM tool through a case project. The 5D model is created by integrating all the information on the platform of Guanglianda BIM5D. The result shows that the construction resource management based on BIM can calculate the amount and cost of the people, materials and machine resources of each working procedure, and realize the dynamic inquiry of the engineering quantity. Dynamic management and optimization of construction resources and comparison of cost tracking. The results of this paper are helpful for managers to extract materials quickly and improve the efficiency of engineering metering. Reasonable arrangement of all kinds of resources to enter the field, avoiding risks arising from problems such as insufficient or conflicting supply of resources ahead of time, and optimizing construction management through dynamic simulation of projects to ensure the reasonable supply of resources, It has remarkable effect on the fine control and management of construction resources.
