【摘要】：物资管理是项目管理的重要内容,物资的供应链管理是其中的一个重要课题,特别是对于国际工程项目。介绍物资管理的创新工具PDM在某项目PDM的应用实例,说明PDM编制的要求、编制步骤,并阐明PDM管理在项目管理中所起到的作用。
[Abstract]:Material management is an important part of project management, in which supply chain management of materials is an important subject, especially for international engineering projects. This paper introduces the application of PDM, an innovative tool of material management, in the PDM of a certain project. Explain the requirements and steps of PDM programming, and clarify the role of PDM management in project management.
