高校学生助学金管理系统的分析与研究

【摘要】:随着全国高校招生规模的进一步扩大,学校在校生人数激增,因此学生管理信息系统成为了学校稳定发展的重要内容。学生助学金管理系统作为学生管理的一项重要内容,涉及学生面广,项目管理周期较长,管理环节复杂,传统工作模式已经不能适应需求,实现助学金管理的信息化显得尤为重要。 本文采用面向对象方法,通过对大学生助学金管理系统的原业务流程分析,完成了业务流程的再造分析,论述了大学生助学金管理系统的必要性和研究意义。然后对系统进行了必要的需求分析,包括角色分析、系统用例分析、系统功能分析、功能数据分析和实体类分析。对系统进行了详细分析之后,进行了总体设计和模块设计,其中包括了学生信息管理、贫困生申请表管理、助学金管理以及系统维护管理等功能性模块。 采用UML建模的方式给出了模块设计的处理流程图,对系统设计的内容进行了详细的说明,并且概念性的对数据库进行了设计,然后画出了数据库设计相关的E-R图和数据表结构。
[Abstract]:With the further expansion of the enrollment of colleges and universities in China, the number of students in the school has increased dramatically, so the student management information system has become an important content of the steady development of the school. The student grant management system is an important part of the student management. Involving a wide range of students, the project management cycle is longer, the management links are complex, the traditional work model can no longer meet the needs, the realization of financial aid management information is particularly important. In this paper, the object oriented method is used to analyze the original business process of the university student grant management system, and the reengineering analysis of the business process is completed. This paper discusses the necessity and significance of the university student grant management system, and then analyzes the necessary requirements of the system, including role analysis, system use case analysis, system function analysis. Function data analysis and entity class analysis. After detailed analysis of the system, the overall design and module design are carried out, including student information management, application management for poor students, Financial aid management and system maintenance management and other functional modules. UML modeling method is used to give the processing flow chart of the module design, the content of the system design is described in detail, and the database is designed conceptually. Then, the E-R diagram and data table structure related to database design are drawn.
