【摘要】:在全球一体化的今天,为了抢占中国市场的先机,跨国企业竞相加大了在中国的投资力度。其投资趋势从最初的劳动密集型产业逐渐向高技术、高附加值的新型劳动密集型产业转移。医疗健康行业因其具有市场准入门槛高,产品技术含量高于一般家用电子产品等特点,正是高技术、高附加值的代表产业。然而对于医疗健康产品的研发企业而言,在快速扩张产品线、积极创造更多的客户需求以应对激烈的市场竞争同时,如何能够保证在较短周期内开发出质量过硬,信赖度高的产品,是医疗的相关企业不得不面对并予以解决的课题。一旦投入市场的产品出现了缺陷产生了投诉,将会对公司的形象产生很大的负面影响。另一方面,如果片面的追求品质而延长了产品的开发周期,有可能会因为竞争企业的新品上市而失去争夺市场的机会,致使公司在开发投入的成本难以有效回收,进而影响今后的计划,造成恶性循环。本文从了解案例企业存在的显在问题入手,比如项目组后期工作负荷过大,产品质量逐年恶化以及员工工作效率低下等状况,按照案例研究的办法,从流程管理角度分析了开发效率、产品质量与新产品开发流程的关系,结合案例企业的实际情况,有针对性的总结出适应企业发展需要的新的开发流程,并提出将开发重心前移、加强里程碑节点的评审以提高项目理论分析能力以及导入CCPM项目管理系统提升工作效率等一系列提升产品质量的办法。
[Abstract]:In today's global integration, in order to seize the first chance in the Chinese market, multinational enterprises are competing to increase their investment in China. The trend of investment has gradually shifted from the initial labor-intensive industries to high technology. A new type of labor-intensive industry transfer with high added value. The medical and health industry has the characteristics of high threshold of market access and higher technical content of products than those of ordinary household electronic products, so it is precisely high technology. However, for the R & D companies of medical and health products, while rapidly expanding their product lines and actively creating more customer needs to cope with the fierce market competition, How to ensure the development of high quality and high reliability products in a short period of time is a problem that medical related enterprises have to face and solve. On the other hand, if the one-sided pursuit of quality prolongs the product development cycle, it may lose the opportunity to compete for the market because of the listing of the new products of the competitive enterprise. As a result, the cost of the company's investment in development is difficult to recover effectively, thus affecting future plans and creating a vicious circle. This paper starts with the obvious problems existing in the case enterprises, such as the excessive workload of the project team in the later stage, According to the method of case study, this paper analyzes the development efficiency, the relationship between the product quality and the new product development process from the point of view of process management, and combines the actual situation of the case enterprise. A new development process to meet the needs of enterprise development is summarized, and the focus of development is moved forward. Strengthen the evaluation of milestone node to improve the ability of theoretical analysis of the project and introduce CCPM project management system to improve the efficiency of a series of ways to improve the quality of products.
