【摘要】：创建高品质、可持续发展的景观项目,是旅游景点的重点工作。羊山景区36计主题公园项目是以我国古代兵家计谋的总结和军事谋略学的宝贵遗产《三十六计》为文化底蕴而建,军事题材立意新颖、寓意深远,满足大众体验观光和中高端群体休闲需求的军事旅游项目。主题公园根据《三十六计》中所分六套计谋设计,打造了羊山景区的特色旅游品牌,适应了旅游者需求日趋个性化和差异化的发展趋势。本论文对三十六计主题公园项目建设进行风险管理研究,运用一系列研究方法,对三十六计主题公园项目的风险识别、风险评估、风险监控和风险应对各环节做了详细论证。其中风险评估是风险管理最为核心的环节,本研究进行了定性定量综合分析,为项目提供一个量化的科学的分析结果。根据识别出的风险进行风险评价,制定出切实可行的应对策略,针对不同的风险的性质、风险发生概率、风险后果大小,采用了强化项目管理办法、加强项目风险监测工作、完善项目风险应对措施、构建相应风险管理体系等方式进行风险管理。论文共分为七章。第一章为绪论,阐述本文的研究背景和意义,国内外研究现状,以及本文的研究方法和内容。第二章介绍了项目风险管理的基本理论,包括风险管理理论概述以及风险管理的三个主要过程,即风险识别、风险评估、风险控制。第三章介绍了羊山景区36计主题公园项目的具体情况,并对项目特点及所面临的问题进行了阐述。第四章是风险识别,详细介绍了羊山景区36计主题公园项目风险识别的方法和步骤,并总结识别出的风险及风险因素。第五章是论文的主体部分,主要运用了层次分析法对第四章识别出的风险进行评价,建立了风险评价指标体系,对四个方面的风险进行了风险权重排序,为第六章风险控制管理打下基础。第六章为风险控制部分,从强化项目管理方法、加强项目风险监控、完善项目风险应对措施、构建相应的风险管理体系四大方面进行羊山景区36计主题公园项目的风险管理控制。第七章为结论和展望。羊山景区36计主题公园项目风险管理体系的建立,有利于提高我国景区建设项目的风险管理水平,促进景区在建设过程中不断完善风险管理体系。通过研究本项目的风险管理,为其他景区开展建设项目风险管理研究提供参考,具有一定的实践意义。同时,在理论研究方面,由于国内专门针对单一景区建设项目风险管理模式的文献并不太多,羊山景区36计主题公园项目以主题公园的风险管理为主线,深入分析项目风险管理的方法,为今后的研究提供了借鉴。
