数字化校园平台中指纹信息管理子系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:指纹考勤技术已经很普及,但在校园应用不是很广泛。数字化校园管理平台能够提供学生上课、住宿等各类信息,但还需要人工去查课、查寝等。这显然不是很方便的,使用指纹考勤可以自动统计学生上课等情况,无需人工参与。因此利用数字化校园管理平台的数据,再为每个学生加上指纹信息,可便于实现学生的上课考勤和日常考勤的自动统计。本文主要介绍指纹考勤子系统的设计与实现,包括系统开发所需的相关知识、需求分析、设计方案、测试等内容。该系统包含学生上课考勤管理、学生日常生活管理、身份验证及数据分析。学生上课考勤管理包括记录学生的上课情况,并将学生的考勤信息及时反馈给辅导员老师等功能。学生日常生活管理包含学生查寝记录及学生参加各项活动的出勤统计。该系统使用的集成开发环境为Eclipse3.7,数据库为Mysq15.5,编程语言为Java7.0,集成框架为Spring MVC,项目管理工具为Redmine 2.5,指纹考勤机二次开发包使用的软件为VS2008,编程语言为C#使用指纹考勤子系统统计学生的上课考勤和日常考勤即方便又准确,并且能够节省人力,提高工作效率。本系统的考勤数据对分析不同年级和不同专业学生的兴趣爱好及心理动态提供了基础数据。因此,该系统的设计实现了校园数字化管理的进一步完善。
[Abstract]:Fingerprint attendance is very popular, but it is not widely used on campus. The digital campus management platform can provide all kinds of information for students, such as class, accommodation and so on, but it still needs to check classes manually, check bedtime and so on. This is obviously not very convenient. The use of fingerprint attendance can automatically count students' classes without manual participation. Therefore, using the data of the digital campus management platform, we can add fingerprint information to each student. This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of fingerprint attendance subsystem, including related knowledge, requirement analysis, design scheme for system development. The system includes student attendance management, student daily life management, authentication and data analysis. The daily life management of students includes students' bedtime records and attendance statistics of students participating in various activities. The integrated development environment used in this system is Eclipse 3.7, data. The library is MySQL 15.5, the programming language is Java 7.0, the integrated framework is Spring MVC, the project management tool is Redmine 2.5, the software for the secondary development kit of fingerprint attendance machine is VS2008, and the programming language is C # to use the fingerprint attendance subsystem to calculate the attendance and daily examination of students in class. Frequency is both convenient and accurate, And it can save manpower and improve work efficiency. The attendance data of this system can provide basic data for analyzing the interest and psychology of students of different grades and majors. The design of the system realizes the further improvement of campus digital management.
