电能表生产管理系统升级方案研究

【摘要】:生产管理系统是一个企业生产自动化的辅助工具,其功能和效果目前已经被大多数人认可。生产管理系统可以为用户提供一个快速反应、有弹性、更加精细化的环境,能够帮助企业降低运营成本、及时提交成品、提高产品质量,生产管理系统可用在不同的行业,能够对单一产品批量生产提供优秀的信息管理,同时对多产品批量生产的企业也有很好的效果。生产管理系统会随着产品和生产流程的变化而变化,这是由于生产过程的数据模型经常随着产品的变化和升级改造而产生相应的变化。其中包括报表结构的变化,数据关系的格式变化,还有数据的负荷也可能会增加。假如用户在以前旧的模型上增加表格数据,系统过程的性能就会相应地变差,最终导致生产线的运转速度越来越慢,导致生产管理系统出现应用瓶颈的客观原因。在大多数情况下,五年是一个变化的周期,生产管理系统的应用软件会有三成到五成变化。因此生产管理系统需要不断的升级改造已适应变化。关于生产管理系统升级的研究,笔者查阅了大量的资料发现,这方面的研究绝大多数是偏重在生产管理系统升级的技术方案的研究,也有人指出生产管理系统升级成功与否与非技术因素具有密切的关系,但非技术因素和系统升级的关系究竟如何,详细论证的并不多。本论文对公司在用的生产管理系统进行了详细调查研究和分析,结合目前迅猛发展的生产技术和信息技术,运用成熟的项目管理的理论和方法,研究电能表生产管理系统升级改造项目的具体实施。本论文着重于非技术的管理因素对于企业中生产管理系统成功升级的关键性,在整个生产管理系统升级的实践过程中,企业如何建立起一个高效的项目组织团队、如何进行流程管理、如何有序地组织实施过程的各阶段、如何推动变革以及如何进行风险控制都将在本文中进行论述。本论文第一章就生产管理系统升级的研究背景,详细阐述生产管理系统升级的意义,同时概述研究所基于的理论基础,以及所参考的相关文献,第一章还对研究的具体内容也进行了简单阐述。本论文第二章开篇概述了生产企业中生产管理系统升级的目的、升级包含哪些内容,升级有哪些特点,在之后阐述了如何将系统方法论实际运用到生产管理系统的升级改造中,接着详细分析了生产管理系统升级改造的具体过程,第二章最后具体详尽地阐述如何对企业中的生产管理系统进行管理。本论文还论述了在生产管理系统升级的具体实施过程中,企业如何组建高效的项目团队,流程管理如何开展,组织实施过程各阶段如何有序,最后还论述了如何控制风险。本论文第三章通过实际案例详细说明企业如何进行生产管理系统的升级改造。案例中的BJBN公司是一个尚处于不断发展的公司,BJ]3N的业务量在逐步扩大。BJBN公司需要建立一个有效的生产管理系统,能够使得BJBN公司的产出能够满足市场日新月异变化的需求。论文中讲述BJBN公司在生产管理系统升级的过程中怎样处理诸多变化的管理因素。本论文第四章在前三章论证的基础上提炼出一个生产型企业如何进行生产管理系统升级改造的一些建议,这对于一般生产型企业都会有一定的参考意义。本论文第五章是结论。
[Abstract]:Production management system is a tool of production automation of an enterprise, its function and effect has been recognized by most people. The production management system can provide a quick response to users, flexible, more sophisticated environment, can help enterprises to reduce operating costs, to improve the quality of products, timely product, production management system available in different industries, can provide better information management for mass production of a single product, and batch production of products of the enterprises also have very good effect. The production management system will change with the change of products and production process, this is due to the production process with the product data model often change and upgrade and has the corresponding change. Including the change report structure, format change data relation, and data load may also increase if the user in the old. The increase of form data model, the performance of the system will change accordingly, resulting in the production line running more and more slowly, resulting in a bottleneck of the application of objective reasons of the production management system. So the production management system needs upgrading constantly has to adapt to the changes. The study on the upgrade of the production management system, the author has consulted the massive data found that the vast majority of this research is to research in the technical proposal to upgrade the production management system, was also pointed out that the production management system upgrade success is closely the relationship between non technical factors, but the relationship between non technical factors and how to upgrade the system, a detailed demonstration is not much. This thesis focuses on the key technology of non management factors in the enterprise production management system successfully upgraded in practice, the upgrade process of the whole production management system in enterprises, how to establish an efficient project team, how to carry out the process management of each stage in order to organize the implementation process, how to promote the reform and how to control the risks will be discussed in this paper. The first chapter is the research background of production management the detailed system upgrade, upgrade the production management system, and based on the summary of basic theory research, and the literature reference, the first chapter The specific contents of the study are also expounded. The second chapter begins with an overview of the production enterprises in the production management system upgrade to upgrade, upgrade contains the content, which features, after describes how the system methodology applied to upgrade the system production tube, and then analyzed the process of upgrading the production management system, the second chapter finally elaborated how to carry on the management of production management system in the enterprise. This paper also discusses the upgrading of production management system of the specific implementation process, how to build an effective project team, how to carry out the process management, organization and implementation of all stages of the process of how to order finally, the paper also discusses how to control the risk. The third chapter through the actual case in detail how enterprises production management system of the upgrading of the case. In the cases of BJBN company is still in a continuous development of the company, BJ]3N's business gradually expanded.BJBN company needs to establish an effective production management system, can make the BJBN's output to meet the market change rapidly changing needs. The factors of management about the BJBN company how to deal with changes in the process of upgrading production management in the fourth chapter of this thesis. Based on the previous three chapters on how to refine some suggestions for upgrading the production management system of a manufacturing enterprise, the general manufacturing enterprises will have a certain reference significance. The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
