【摘要】:当今医药生产行业面临技术更新升级换代,人才竞争日益激烈。人力资源的管理不能简单被动的招招人、管管人,做做工资等。而要在“选”、“育”、“用”、“留”方面采取积极人力资源策略,选择合格人员、培养、激励。济仁药业组建于1996年,经营近二十年。目前,企业的人才队伍已不能适应迅猛发展,要想突破经营管理瓶颈,对企业人才队伍要有新的要求,人才的选拔与任用将是重中之重,企业人力资源管理变革迫在眉睫。从2014年初计划引进人力资源信息软件二次开发项目(以下“人力资源信息软件二次开发项目”简称为“RZRJ”项目),在“RZRJ”项目实施过程中,,由于团队组建不合理、项目缺乏科学的培训方法、项目团队沟通存在问题、项目绩效评估机制存在偏差等因素造成部门领导不重视、员工勾心斗角不配合、相互扯皮;项目组成员能力水平不能满足项目要求;项目组成员目标不明确,导致项目前期调研阶段推进较慢、需求反馈阶段信息不准确、数据初装阶段进展缓慢不能进入系统实质运行阶段,项目进度缓慢,项目成本加大,团队成员流失。本文通过对济仁药业“RZRJ”项目现状分析,从项目团队建设的角度研究,提出了一套符合济仁药业自身特色的项目管理团队构建理论。立足于项目团队建设的重要性、项目团队的作用,项目团队建设的周期,项目团队建设的方法(项目团队组建、人员配置、团队激励、团队沟通、团队开发及冲突管理)分析研究。从而提高项目团队工作效率,更快更好的完成项目。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the pharmaceutical industry is faced with technological upgrading and upgrading, and the competition for talents is becoming increasingly fierce. The management of human resources cannot simply recruit people passively. We should take active human resource strategies in the areas of "selection", "education", "use" and "retention", select qualified personnel, train and encourage. Jiren Pharmacy was founded in 1996 and operated for nearly 20 years. At present, In order to break through the bottleneck of management and management, it is necessary to have new requirements for the talents of enterprises, and the selection and appointment of talents will be the most important. The reform of enterprise human resource management is imminent. From early 2014, the second development project of human resource information software was introduced (hereinafter "the second development project of human resource information software" is referred to as "RZRJ" project for short, in the process of "RZRJ" project implementation. Due to unreasonable team formation, lack of scientific training methods, problems of project team communication, deviation of project performance evaluation mechanism and other factors, the department leaders do not attach importance to it, the employees do not cooperate with each other, and call each other off. The ability level of the project team members can not meet the requirements of the project, and the objectives of the project team members are not clear, which leads to the slow advance of the early stage of the project research, the inaccurate information of the demand feedback stage, The slow progress in the initial data loading stage can not enter into the system essential operation stage, the project progress is slow, the project cost increases, the team member is lost. This paper analyzes the current situation of the "RZRJ" project in Jiren Pharmaceutical Industry, and studies the project team construction from the point of view of the project team construction. This paper puts forward a set of theory of project management team construction which accords with the characteristics of Jiren Pharmaceutical Industry. It is based on the importance of project team building, the role of project team, the period of project team building, the method of project team building. Analysis and research on staffing, team motivation, team communication, team development and conflict management.
