电力农村电网工程储备项目管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】：很长一段时间,国网江西省电力公司农村电网工程项目存在项目设立不好、设计不到位、项目储备管理不规范等问题。为更好地将“国家电网通用设计公司输变电工程”、“国家电网公司输变电工程通用设计农网项目补充方案10千伏及以下卷(2010年版)”等相关标准和规范应用到实际工作中,结合江西省电力农村电网结合改造工作的实际情况,提出了适用于公司以实现精益化管理的农村电网工程储备项目管理系统,以满足农村电网的建设需求。本论文以农村电网工程储备项目管理系统为分析对象,在分析农村电网工程储备项目管理的现有业务流程的基础上,依据信息化结构化分析方法和系统设计的基本理论,运用业务流程优化方法,分析了国网江西公司的农网工程储备项目管理系统现状,并对其进行了原有流程分析与流程优化,并根据江西公司储备项目合理化管理原则,结合国网江西公司实际情况,提出了相应的信息系统完善方案。通过应用功能模块分析,详细描述该系统具备的功能、各功能达到的目的。通过数据分析,理清功能模块之间数据对象间的逻辑关系,并对数据库表结构进行了详细说明。通过对农网工程的储备项目科学立项,可视化管理,为加强江西公司农网工程建设或改造项目储备工作,规范农网工程项目储备管理,提高项目储备质量和效益,促进国网江西公司农村电网项目的又好又快发展,并取得了显着的经济效益和社会效益,极大地提高江西公司农网工程储备项目管理水平。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the rural power grid project of Jiangxi Electric Power Company of China Power Company was not well established and the design was not in place. The project reserve management is not standardized. In order to better "State Grid General Design Company Transmission and Transformation Project", "State Grid Power Transmission and Transformation Project General Design Rural Power Network Project Supplementary Project 10 kV and the following volume (2010 edition)", etc. Relevant standards and norms are applied to practical work, Combined with the actual situation of rural electric power grid reconstruction in Jiangxi Province, a project management system of rural power grid project reserve, which is suitable for the company to realize lean management, is put forward. In order to meet the needs of rural power grid construction, this paper takes the rural power grid project reserve project management system as the analysis object, on the basis of analyzing the existing business process of rural grid engineering reserve project management. According to the information structure analysis method and the basic theory of system design, using the business process optimization method, this paper analyzes the current situation of the agricultural power network project reserve project management system of Jiangxi company, and carries on the original process analysis and the flow optimization to it. According to the rational management principle of the reserve project of Jiangxi Company and the actual situation of Jiangxi Company of China Network, this paper puts forward the corresponding information system perfection scheme. Through the analysis of the application function module, the function of the system is described in detail. Through the data analysis, the logical relation between the data objects among the function modules is clarified, and the structure of the database table is explained in detail. In order to strengthen the construction or reform project reserve work of Jiangxi company, standardize the management of rural network project reserve, improve the quality and benefit of project reserve, and promote the good and fast development of rural power grid project of Jiangxi company, Significant economic and social benefits have been obtained and the management level of the reserve project of Jiangxi agricultural power network project has been greatly improved.
