基于执行控制体系的公路工程建设管理信息化探讨

【摘要】：探讨了在执行控制体系下的公路工程建设管理信息化框架的构建,该框架可以从3个维度来描述,即项目信息文化、项目管理组织结构和配套项目管理软件的开发。框架的构建帮助建设管理人员和项目管理软件开发人员充分认识和理解信息文化的建设作为软硬环境的完善是成功实施管理信息化的前提和基础,适合管理信息化的组织结构是成功实施信息化的保障,配套项目管理软件的开发是实施管理信息化的核心技术。并以广州珠江黄埔大桥执行控制体系下的管理信息化为例,验证了该框架的合理性和有效性。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the construction of highway engineering construction management information framework under execution control system. The framework can be described from three dimensions, namely, project information culture. Development of project management organization structure and supporting project management software. The construction of the framework helps construction managers and project management software developers fully understand and understand the importance of building information culture as a soft and hard environment. The premise and foundation of the implementation of information management, The organizational structure suitable for information management is the guarantee of successful implementation of information technology, and the development of supporting project management software is the core technology of implementation of management information, and taking the management information system of Guangzhou Zhujiang River Huangpu Bridge as an example, The rationality and validity of the framework are verified.
