临沂市智慧城市管理信息系统构建研究

【摘要】：互联网技术和物联网技术的发展催生智慧城市,改变了城市管理的模式、手段。作为全国重要的物流集散地,临沂市人文和地理环境特殊,城市管理面临重大挑战,需要建立完善的智慧城市管理体系。管理信息系统是智慧城管体系的核心,是构建智慧城管的主线。所以,本文以智慧城管信息系统为研究对象,探究其构建方式,提出全面的构建方案。本文首先介绍相关概念和理论综述。对城市管理、智慧城市的概念和相关理论研究进行分析；同时介绍管理信息系统和项目管理利益相关方的相关理论,为后续系统构架和相关方识别分析奠定基础。以城市管理的基本职能分析和对临沂市城市现状、发展分析为基础,结合物联网、数据处理等关键技术,分析临沂市智慧城管现状和问题,作为智慧城管体系架构和信息系统架构分析的基础。解决系统需求分析问题,为系统目标设计、功能模块设置奠定基础。系统开发失败主要是利益相关方管理问题,因此本文通过项目管理理论中的利用相关方理论来发掘、整合需求,确定系统开发的目标,保证信息系统目标和功能架构合理。以临沂市城市管理现状和信息系统需求分析为基础,设计智慧城市管理信息系统,分析系统的整体框架,明确框架主要部分的内容,并具体设计了针对特定功能的关键模块的实现方案。本文研究结果能够直接指导临沂市智慧城管信息系统的构建,为完善智慧城管体系奠定基础,也为其他城市的智慧城管信息系统构建提供范例和借鉴,具有重要的实践意义。将新兴技术与城市管理理论结合,通过技术来提高城市管理水平,具有相应的创新价值。
[Abstract]:The development of Internet of things and Internet of things technology gave birth to intelligent city, changed the mode and means of urban management. As an important distribution center of logistics in China, Linyi city is faced with great challenges because of its special humanistic and geographical environment. The management information system is the core of the intelligent urban management system and the main line of constructing the intelligent urban management system. Therefore, this paper takes the intelligent urban management information system as the research object, and probes into its construction mode. This paper first introduces the related concepts and theories, analyzes the concepts of urban management, intelligent city and related theories, and introduces the relevant theories of management information system and project management stakeholders. To lay the foundation for the following system framework and related party identification analysis. Based on the analysis of the basic functions of urban management and the present situation and development analysis of Linyi city, combining the key technologies such as Internet of things, data processing and so on, This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of intelligent urban management in Linyi city, as the basis of the analysis of intelligent urban management architecture and information system architecture, solves the problem of system requirement analysis, and designs the system objectives. The failure of system development is mainly related to the management of stakeholders, so this paper uses the theory of project management to explore, integrate the needs, and determine the goal of system development. Based on the analysis of the present situation of Linyi city management and the requirement of information system, the intelligent city management information system is designed, the whole frame of the system is analyzed, and the content of the main part of the framework is clarified. The research results of this paper can direct the construction of Linyi City Wisdom Urban Management Information system, and lay the foundation for perfecting the intelligent urban management system. It also provides an example and reference for the construction of intelligent urban management information system in other cities, which has important practical significance. Combining the new technology with urban management theory to improve the level of urban management through technology, has the corresponding innovative value.
