项目成本管理和进度管理在宁波地铁2号线一期通信项目中的应用

【摘要】：项目管理[1]理论引入国内建设项目已经有三十多年,并在很多行业得到广泛应用,成为一门与实际紧密联系的新学科。目前,项目管理理论在国内地铁通信项目的应用最为广泛的理论,可以简单的归纳“四控”、“六管”、“一协调”,即质量控制、进度控制、成本控制、安全控制,现场管理、合同管理、生产要素管理、信息管理、竣工验收管理、项目后期管理,从项目组织的内部和外部进行全面的组织协调。但国内地铁通信项目管理更多是从项目组织结构的方面进行项目管理,而对于应用基于数据分析的量化管理不是特别重视[12]。本文作者从事地铁通信项目管理十五年,在工作中遇到过很多问题,很认真的思考过如何更有效的对地铁通信项目进行管理,提供工作效率的同时确保项目的经济效益,通过对项目成本和进度管理[2]的分析和研究,以期探索出合理的项目成本管理和进度管理[3]方法,以适应我国目前高速发展的轨道交通建设需要,进一步推动项目管理理论在轨道交通建设通信系统项目管理中的应用。本文结合宁波地铁2号线一期通信系统建设中项目管理的需要,探讨了项目管理成本和进度控制理论在地铁通信系统建设中的应用。论文介绍了成本管理和进度管理的基本理论,分析了影响宁波地铁2号线一期通信项目成本和进度的因素,通过对影响项目成本管理和进度主要因素的分析,提出通过网络计划图对成本和进度进行优化。最后介绍利用网络计划技术对成本管理和进度进行优化取得的效果。宁波地铁2号线一期通信项目成本优化和进度优化结果,为在国内地铁通信项目中进一步推广基于数据分析的量化管理提供了借鉴和参考。

Combining with the Ningbo Metro Line 2 to a communication system in the construction project management, discusses the application of the project management cost and schedule control theory in the construction of subway communication system. This paper introduces the basic theory of cost management and schedule management, analyzed the influence factors of Ningbo Metro Line No. 2 communication the first phase of the project cost and schedule, the impact of the project cost management And the progress of the analysis of the main factors, put forward through the network plan optimization of cost and schedule. Finally, using network technology to optimize the effect of cost management and communication schedule. The first phase of the project of Ningbo Metro Line 2, cost optimization and schedule optimization results, to further promote and provide the reference of quantitative management of data analysis based on the domestic subway communication project.
