【摘要】:汽车行业的发展同时也带动了汽车零部件行业的发展,而且随着竞争的日益激烈,各个汽车零部件企业在产品趋同的形势之下不得不将新的利润增长点依托于产品研发。提高零部件产品研发管理水平对于促进新产品研发来说是非常重要的,也关系着企业的市场竞争力。本文以原田公司为例研究了汽车零部件企业的研发管理,是希望帮助原田公司了解目前国内外汽车零部件市场的发展形势,找到原田公司研发管理中存在的问题,通过解决这些问题,提高原田公司研发管理的效率和质量,使其所研发的产品更符合市场的需求,具有更高的效益,进而提升原田公司整体的竞争能力。本文共分为六个部分,第一部分为绪论部分,主要阐述了目前我国汽车零部件行业发展的大环境,以及研发能力和研发管理能力对于汽车零部件行业的重要性,同时阐述了本文研究的目的、意义,该课题的国内外研究现状等内容。第二部分是理论综述部分,对本文所应用的、所涉及的理论基础进行了一一阐述,着重于对研发管理的概念和内容。第三部分是对原田公司汽车零部件研发管理现状的分析。这一部分首先对国内外汽车零部件市场环境进行了分析,然后对原田公司及其汽车零部件业务进行了介绍。本章的重点是找出原田公司目前研发管理中存在的问题。通过分析发现,原田公司研发管理存在着对市场的把握不足、研发管理执行力欠缺、研发部门人力资源管理不力、研发项目结构不合理、研发成本控制脱节等问题。第四部分针对第三部分指出的问题提出了相应的改进策略。针对原田公司的现状,首先就是要解决研发产品与市场需求不契合的问题,这就需要原田公司通过拓展信息渠道和完善产品规划来实现。另外,原田公司还需要通过优化项目结构、降低项目成本、提升研发管理执行力、完善研发团队建设和管理等途径来提高研发管理的整体水平。为了保证上述策略的实施,在文章的第五部分,提出了以制度和技术为主的保障措施。最后是对全文的总结。
[Abstract]:The development of automobile industry has also driven the development of automobile parts industry, and with the increasingly fierce competition, Under the situation of product convergence, all auto parts enterprises have to rely on new profit growth points for product development. It is very important to improve the management level of parts and components product R & D for promoting new product research and development. This paper takes Harada Company as an example to study the R & D management of auto parts enterprises, hoping to help Harada Company understand the development situation of domestic and foreign auto parts market. Find out the problems existing in the R & D management of Harada Company, and improve the efficiency and quality of R & D management of Harada Company by solving these problems, so that the products developed by Harada Company can meet the needs of the market and have higher benefits. This article is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction part, mainly elaborated the development environment of the automobile parts industry in our country at present. And the importance of R & D capability and R & D management ability to automobile parts industry. At the same time, the purpose, significance, domestic and foreign research status of this topic are expounded. The second part is the theoretical summary, and so on. The theoretical basis of the application of this paper is expounded. The third part is an analysis of the current situation of R & D management in Harada Company. This part firstly analyzes the market environment of domestic and foreign auto parts. Then it introduces the business of Harada Company and its automobile parts. The emphasis of this chapter is to find out the problems existing in the R & D management of Harada Company. Through the analysis, it is found that the R & D management of Harada Company has insufficient understanding of the market. Lack of execution of R & D management, inadequate human resources management in R & D departments, unreasonable structure of R & D projects, The fourth part puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies for the problems pointed out in the third part. In view of the current situation of Harada Company, the first is to solve the problem that the R & D products do not match with the market demand. This requires Harada to develop information channels and improve product planning. In addition, Harada also needs to optimize the project structure, reduce project costs, and enhance R & D management execution. In order to ensure the implementation of the above strategies, in the fifth part of the article, put forward the system and technology as the main safeguard measures.
