电子检务的演化与政策变迁——检察机关信息化发展史研究概要

【摘要】：电子检务演化经历了检察办公自动化、检察机关网络化、检察业务信息化、检察工作智慧化四个阶段。在检察信息化发展的不同历史时期,电子检务的内涵与中心工作也多次发生变化。最高人民检察院的顶层设计政策也由早期的行政管理、专项建设向项目管理、科学管理转变,总结了一系列的经验教训。当前和未来一个阶段的电子检务将向全面发展、智慧发展、科学发展三个趋势推进,不断提升检察工作的现代化水平。
[Abstract]:The evolution of electronic procuratorial affairs has gone through four stages: procuratorial office automation, network of procuratorial organs, informationization of procuratorial work, intelligence of procuratorial work. The connotation and central work of electronic procuratorial work have also changed many times. The top-level design policy of the Supreme people's Procuratorate has also changed from early administration and special construction to project management and scientific management. This paper summarizes a series of experiences and lessons. The electronic procuratorial work at present and in the future will develop in an all-round way, intelligently and scientifically, and continuously improve the level of modernization of procuratorial work.
