长城开发MES-HR软件项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：项目进度管理是项目管理的“三要素”之一,在项目管理中起着关键的作用。对项目进度进行高效、科学的管理可以有效的管理和控制项目的进展,适时合理的进行调整及优化,能够达到缩减项目成本,缩短项目时间,减低项目风险的目的。伴随着信息技术的极速发展,软件产品的开发规模和开发团队愈发庞大起来,一个人已经不足以完成整个开发项目,显得愈发不能适应发展的需求。如何对庞大的软件开发项目进行有效的管理成为了各软件开发团队急需解决的一个课题。当前,由于国内软件产业的起步比国外晚,国内绝大多数软件公司尚未有形成适合各自公司特点的软件开发管理模式,其管理水平与国际知名软件开发公司尚有比较大的差距。随着软件开发行业竞争的愈演愈烈,对目前我国软件开发过程中的项目管理也提出了更高的新的要求。在软件项目管理中,软件项目进度的制定和控制成为决定项目是否可以按照既定工作期限要求实施的主要管理内容。如何运用好项目进度管理知识,结合当前我国大多数软件开发公司的实际状况,提出合乎公司的最优软件开发项目进度管理的模型成为我们急切需要研究的课题。本论文针对长城开发科技股份有限公司具体的项目MES-HR进行研究,通过对当前主要使用的几种主流项目进度管理技术方法进行梳理,在项目中将里程碑计划法,工作分解结构法,甘特图法,网络计划技术等多种项目管理方法进行融合,结合的使用于项目中,将理论结合实际,最终保证了项目在预期内完成,得出了软件项目成功的保证源自于对项目良好的管理控制的结论。本文创新点在于以具体项目总结出一套适合于国内软件开发项目使用的项目进度管理方法,可以为同行业后续类似的软件开发项目提供借鉴与参考。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management is one of the "three elements" of project management, which plays a key role in project management. Timely and reasonable adjustment and optimization can achieve the goal of reducing project cost, shortening project time and reducing project risk. With the rapid development of information technology, the software product development scale and development team become larger and larger. One person is no longer enough to complete the whole development project, which is becoming increasingly unable to meet the needs of development. How to effectively manage the huge software development project has become an urgent problem for each software development team. As the domestic software industry started later than abroad, most of the domestic software companies have not yet formed a software development management model suitable for their own companies. There is still a big gap between its management level and that of well-known international software development companies. With the fierce competition in the software development industry, New requirements are put forward for the project management in the process of software development in our country. The establishment and control of software project schedule is the main management content to decide whether the project can be implemented according to the established work deadline. How to make good use of project schedule management knowledge, combined with the actual situation of most software development companies in our country at present, It is urgent for us to study the model of project schedule management in line with the company's optimal software development project. This paper focuses on the specific project MES-HR of the Great Wall Development Technology Co., Ltd. By combing the main methods of project schedule management, we combine the milestone planning method, the work breakdown structure method, the Gantt chart method, the network planning technology and other project management methods in the project. The combination of theory and practice ensures that the project is completed within the expected period. The paper draws the conclusion that the success of the software project comes from the good management and control of the project. The innovation of this paper lies in the summary of a set of project schedule management methods suitable for the domestic software development project. It can provide reference and reference for similar software development projects in the same industry.
