【摘要】：施工组织设计是指导工程施工的纲领性文件,对于工程项目管理起到战略部署和战术安排的作用。所以我们研究了施工组织设计的组成、特点、作用以及国内外的发展现状等,目的就是通过研究和分析,提出优化施工组织设计的措施,使得工程项目能够给施工企业带来更好的市场经济效益。本论文以某博物馆工程施工组织设计作为案例,对施工组织设计的各项内容进行研究和优化,重点对施工工期、施工成本、安全保证措施进行了详细的研究。通过研究、分析、对比和计算,力争使方案执行更加切合实际,施工工艺更加科学、合理、便于施工。通过一系列的研究分析工作,使建设工程项目的施工组织设计整体水平得到进一步提高,并使其在工程项目施工组织设计研究领域中具有一定借鉴意义。本文通过专家打分的方式,找出11个项目作为模型的训练和测试样本。确定改进模型结构,并对数据进行初步的处理,使用MATLAB对网络进行训练,最后把成熟的模型运用在实际案例中进行具体的分析和应用。同时,建立了存在资源约束、以工期和成本为优化目标的建筑施工多目标优化模型,引入工程实例,模型的运行结果满足工程要求,也验证了所改进的MPGA的正确性和实用性。
[Abstract]:Construction organization design is a programmatic document guiding engineering construction and plays a strategic and tactical role in project management.Therefore, we have studied the composition, characteristics, functions and the development situation of construction organization design at home and abroad. The purpose is to put forward the measures to optimize the construction organization design through research and analysis.So that the construction project can bring better market economic benefits to the construction enterprises.Taking the construction organization design of a museum project as a case, this paper studies and optimizes the contents of the construction organization design, focusing on the construction duration, construction cost and safety assurance measures.Through research, analysis, comparison and calculation, we strive to make the implementation of the scheme more practical, construction technology more scientific, reasonable and convenient for construction.Through a series of research and analysis work, the overall level of construction organization design of construction project has been further improved, and it has certain reference significance in the field of construction organization design research of engineering project.In this paper, 11 items are selected as model training and test samples.The improved model structure is determined, the data is processed preliminarily, and the network is trained by MATLAB. Finally, the mature model is applied to the actual case for concrete analysis and application.At the same time, a multi-objective optimization model of building construction with resource constraints and optimization objectives of time limit and cost is established. An engineering example is introduced. The running results of the model meet the requirements of the project and verify the correctness and practicability of the improved MPGA.
